It doesn't have near the glide that the big one does, just because of the size. But it seems like it should still get bit. I haven't thrown it enough

I agree with this. Their product line is very confusing, and I think they overdo the "speed" thing. I get that they want to remember the old original "speed spool" but dang near every item is "speed" something. Speed spools speed socks speed covers speed line speed beam speed shield... Why? Once again all that being said I love Lew's and I hope the buyout helps them.

You might call them. I thought the same thing with a buckeye jig that broke on my first hookset, they never replied... I still need to call them. Obviously not a huge deal, I have other jigs, but it was obviously a defect
