  1. Like I said in the other thread, I think it was the wine. I'm so embarrassed! :-[ :-[ :-[ I have a short length of chain in the garage. In an act of contrition and atonement I'm going to go beat myself with it.

I think it was the wine. :-/
  3. Avid, you are correct. I am practising restraint. I am working very hard at trying to be a congenial individual. I'm really a nice guy, but you may have noticed that I have a couple of areas where my congeniality could be improved. I'm working on that. For example, I could have responded to Peasy with something like "Thanks a lot for taking up valuable bandwidth on this site to share your useless information with a great many people who could care less." But I didn't. Like I said, I'm working on it. ;D
  4. Thanks for sharing the info. :-?

I sent you a PM, but it doesen't look like you need that antiques. ;D
  6. Sorry Muddy, but Pat Pending is a guy and he is married to Shanda Lear. Sal is married to Barb Iturate.
  7. Fluke, If you don't have anyone to share the cost of the guide at G'ville, I'll be happy to do so. Mike
  8. OK guys, it's new day, the nurses have given me my medication and I'm no longer strapped to the bed. Thanks to your input, I now know how to work around Glenn's land mines, so you will hear no more ranting from me; at least not on this subject.
  9. Gentlemen, Gentlemen, Based upon my extensive research, the following, in order of importance, are how spectator sports rate on the Testosterone Scale. ;D 1. College Football 2. Pro Football 3. NASCAR 4. College Basketball 5. Pro Basketball 6. Women's Beach Volleyball 7. Bass Fishing 8. Golf 9. Tennis 10. Bowling 11. Soccer

Avid, you forgot to mention that she is wearing your brand of jogging shorts also. ;D
  11. Fluke, I seldom stay up this late, so how am I to know that Glenn chooses to bring the site down at the same time every night. I'm smart and good looking, but I'm not clairvoyant. So it all boils down to I'M STILL REALLY HACKED OFF. So, what time does our fearless leader choose to bring the site down every night? That sort of information would help a lot with bringing my blood pressure back into the normal range.
  12. Fourbizz, thanks for the Back Button hint. Maybe next time I WON'T BE SO FREAKING HACKED OFF LIKE I AM NOW!
  13. WHAT REALLY HACKS ME OFF IS WHEN YOU SPEND FIFTEEN MINUTES TYPING A PM, HIT THE SEND BUTTON, AND YOU GET THE MESSAGE THAT THIS SITE IS IN MAINTENANCE MODE. POOF! THE MESSAGE YOU WERE TRYING TO SEND DISAPPEARS INTO THIN AIR! THAT REALLY HACKS ME OFF!
  14. Russ, Michelle seems to be a lovely lady. Were you standing on a milk carton when the picture was taken?
  15. Glenn, just think of the possibilities! Today, Bassresource.com. Tomorrow BassResource.com AND Bass Resource Magazine. You could be the next William Randolph Hearst of the bass fishing world!
  16. I fish because I heard it was a good way to pick up hot chicks. That's why I always dress to look like Indiana Jones. Unfortunately, the only hot chicks I've seen were always sunbathing on the bow of some rich guy's 35 ft. lake screamer. I would motor by in 17' Tracker and wave my Indiana Jones scarf, but all they would do is look up lazily and give me the finger. I'm beginning to think that I should give up on the chicks and just concentrate on enjoying being outdoors.
  17. Russ, I saw the whole thing. That FE guy deliberately ran that red light. He WANTED you to hit him! I would be willing to swear to this in court if you would send me a 7' MH GLX. Mike
  18. On my Dad's side, my ancestors go back the the Revolutionary War. Don't know about my Mom's side, other than my Great-Grandmother was supposed to have been Cherokee.

Muddy, how dare you talk about my wife in such a way! > I'll have know that I replace the batteries in her dildo hearing aid very frequently.
  20. Once again I am deeply humbled by the adoration of my fans, and I want to thank you all from the heart of my bottom. Muddy, you should have written WOODEN, not WODDEN. FisherDave, it's pretty, not pritty. Avid, it's Who, not who.
  21. To all the Annual BR fishin trip newbies. This will be my second trip, so I can tell you from experience that this board will start looking more and more like a hot pop-corn popper as the big day approaches. LET THE FUN BEGIN!
  22. My wife has been wishing for a long time that I could give her a really HARD drive. I don't have any little blue pills like Avid does.
  23. There's also a free progam called PrintKey. It's a free download. Just Google PrintKey.
  24. Keith, that one cut me deeply. You met me at Fork last year, so you know that I'm almost as buff and studly looking as you are, yet you insist on throwing me to the wolves by comparing me to ... to ... to ... Avid.
  25. Ronnie, Thanks for not including my name with the likes of Muddy and Avid. You have obviously recognized that, despite the fact that I am significantly older than those other two Mooks, I still look MANY years younger than them. I've always insisted that the Anheiser-Busch diet was the way to keep yourself in fighting condition.
