Freaking fish ... the lure is a Roman Made ! I'm not 100% sure of the exact lure. It looks like a Mother, but not exactly. That's not a Negotiator..... It could be one of the prototype of the Mother. Awesome bass anyway ! Almost Ugly ! Breathtaking

I would have got my first Senko way sooner. I would have put all those not-so-well spent-on-useless-fishing-tackle dollars on a bank account or in equities, and I guess that would make for a pretty boat by now.

At our tournaments, we only have a 30-minute (after weigh-in) span to file a charge. If this is the same for him here, well I guess it's sort of late.

I use google earth a lot for my fishing, as well as Geoportail (basically more detailed than google earth, but only for France, which actually suits my needs). Google earth is really a great tool. Sometimes I get a bit frustrated because I can't zoom in as much as I would. I'm looking forward to that time when we will have live satellite coverafe of the earth. Then we can zoom in on the shallows and see if the bass are bedding/ hanging around cover...Etc

GYCB Flappin' Hog (a bit small and fragile though) And then there is ZOOM ! The all-mighty Brush Hog, and if you want something smaller Well the baby Brush Hog is a killer. 8-)

Hum looks like a Megabass had to surrender its hooks to a LC. Deps+LC+Katsuage outbarb hooks sure make for an expensive set-up. I guess it's nothing new really. You could pretty much do the same with the shaft of the original Beetle Spin. Never tried yours though, I just wonder how well it casts. :-?

I would say between 5 & 6 lbs.... Depends on how tall you're of course, it's the only info we've got.

That really sucks ! Did you ask your boater if he would let you the front of the boat ? Or did he expressly tell you not to take control of the boat ? Anyway, I would feel pretty bad. That guy should not fish tournament if he can't even fish 'till the end of the day. :-?

Hey Daniel ! Kein Aprilscherz hier ! More seriously, the foutain ain't that small either..... like 1.2 acres (not that small for a fountain). As for the depth, let's say like 5-6 feet: pretty deep for a foutain. And food he has plenty ! Like you've got carps, and goldfish in there too..... I don't have a clue how he came here... I just knew there must be zanders in there because I saw a couple of small zander like 10-15cm while visiting the garden with friends.... I just had to give it a try. :
