Reel modding. :)
So this year I'm going to focus on modding some of my reels. The first will be a JDM Daiwa Pixy and a USA market Sol. I'm waiting for the Pixy to come in from Japan, and sending them out to get "hot rodded". Stay tuned for updates.

Tell us about your screen name
Back in '97 I bought my first sports car, and taking a good buddy for a ride I was redlining every gear to merge onto the freeway. He looked at me and said, "d**n! Easy there Redlinerobert" ;D The name stuck ever since.

How much does it cost you to get to your BPS?
Flight to and from Vegas, $300. Hotel, depends where I stay. I'm either tied with Raul or waaaaaay over, depending on accomodations. :-?

I Am Legend
What a movie. Gidge and I went to see it last night, and I can't stop thinking about it. How far off from the truth is it? For those that haven't seen it, check it out.

Got any pets? Let's see them.
I had a German Short Hair pup, but she fell in love with my dad so now she's his dog. Worked out for the best though, since I am never home she would have not received the attention she deserved.

What did you own then regret selling?
Was it modded it looks like a techart kit to me? Good eye. Techart Type II kit, coilovers, bypass pipes, few other mods as well.

Power Pro or Sufix ?
I like Sufix over Power Pro, and Samurai Braid (Daiwa) over Sufix.
-
Curado 300dsv
That reel seems a bit heavy for that rod. I'd put that reel on a swimbait rod myself. Try a Zillion or Chronach instead. as far as line goes, I like Sufix over Power Pro, and Samurai Braid over Sufix.

Any car lovers here
And then what? Ask any wealthy person what they are lacking and it would be "quality time with the people I'm close to" Redline is in line it's not like you can't still have toys,....Hummers, spider's, Rangers....etc, it's just that you start to tailor your toy list to accommodate what is lacking. I drive a Jetta but am surrounded by some of the best people you could ever meet, most of them fish....I'm richer than most. There is no quality time better than time on the water with a buddy or your significant other IMO This is where I find my "inner peace" and Peace can't be purchased Amen. I meant it too, cars get old. It's all just stuff. I much prefer to be out on the water, fishing with my dad, or friends, or my girl.

Z520?'s
My first Ranger was a new 2000 520 DVX. I loved that boat, had a 225 Opti on it. never had any real issues and he storage was just aweosme. It did start to feel small after a while, which is why I went with the Z22 this year. You may want to take a look at the Z21, which has the same front deck space as the 22 but a smaller rear deck space. Being able to run at 85 mph may be great, but for me it's all about having plenty of room for my tackle and a comfortable casting deck area.

Fishing Scales
