  1. Ouch man, hope she heals up as fast as possible. My game playing days are long behind me a buddy of mine was 2nd baseman in high school, he’s obsessed with it. He got all excited about company softball when we were in our 30s and tore his groin the first game. Finally healed near the end of the season and he tore it again. He finally believes me that he’s not in high school anymore
  2. The rain is slowing and the water is clearer than it’s been in several weeks
  3. Was it off limits because it was spilling over the top?
  4. There is a monster similar to nessie in champlain, maybe she has your anchor
  5. And 47 Sunday morning haha
  6. Good idea
  7. ^what he said
  8. Yeah they expire in 2 years I think. I just keep old ones now and hope for the best. I might die one day from bees but that’s probably better than living in a cardboard box with up to date epipens
  9. I’ve seen that raccoon scene many times along the river bank. The first time the doggone thing saw my worm hit the water and ran down there into the water and grabbed it. Then he tore thru the woods with it but luckily dropped it haha. I had another one grab a crankbait once so I ripped it away. The bait hit the side of the boat and the bill broke, silly trash pandas
  10. They also closed the flood gates at the bottom end of the reservoir for the first time in many weeks on Monday , that could make things tougher . The ‘19 classic had every gate open the whole tournament. The ‘21 elite event I think a little less than half of them were open for the tournament, but also consistent the whole time. They have really slowed the water down the last couple days. Current helps the bite on TN river but this is the very top end of it. When they finally slow down the current the water warms up rapidly, so that could help the shallow bite. Reservoir is also rising slightly
  11. We have your weather 1-2 days earlier and obviously a tad warmer. We had the same thing happen but this tree bloomed overnight , maybe because it was pouring rain this morning. I cut the grass (onions) yesterday evening and it wasn’t bloomed out
  12. Pouring rain and 44 degrees today
  13. Once again about about a month or more earlier than the bass spawn this year
  14. Well I fish swift water so you have to use 100 ft of rope and it still never holds. And if it does grab, you will never see that anchor again (unless your buddy finds it years later and gives it back as a joke)
  15. I double dog dare ya
  16. I wouldn’t buy/build a private lake, for some reason those don’t appeal to me. I like having to fish with all the other regular Joe’s.
  17. Sounds like a job to me!
  18. 10 lb what? A bluegill could snap 10 lb braid
  19. I just put some 50 lb on a reel too! The spool was getting a little low
  20. Mono for everything is my favorite but gotta have some braid for frog fishing
  21. It’s always the posters that cross the line, rarely the thread itself haha.
