I’m in smallmouth city, USA and I’ve never witnessed such. I have seen tournament competitors accomplish such a feat offshore on the old river ledge with LM but never SM

Gonna be some tough fishing but someone will get them as always. Tellico rarely plays in tournaments but that’s the only place I can seem to catch them, makes perfect sense

Crappie and white bass, yea. LM and SM never. Spotted bass once on a mud flat, we got 19 in a row. Not sure if mud flat counts

Some of our waters never reach 70 in certain years, especially the Tailwaters. They might touch 70-71 in mid September right before they start dropping again

I’d rather put spring and summer fishing on the back burner than winter fishing

I’m not sure about the quality of fishing but the reedy river runs right through the middle of town and the saluda is close

Very tasty white meat fish! I’ve seen people on tv catching them by the boat load somewhere in Wisconsin, something flowage. They do like flow! The more the better
