  1. One thing most American have plenty of in their diet is sodium. I can fish all day without eating but i require tons of water.
  2. I’ve seen brand new 400 dollar waders leak, it can happen. If no refund is available, they can sometimes be patched. If you’ve got extra friends for muscle, you can turn them inside out and hang them up. Then fill them with a hose to find the leaks .
  3. My cousin fishes a lot of small club tourneys on watts bar (3 fish limit). About five years ago, he said he wouldn’t even bother weighing the fish in unless he had 12-15 lbs for 3 fish. In the last year, he said 9 lbs was usually good enough for 1st or 2nd place
  4. Yes!!! Scary how prophetic that film was/is
  5. Sunset over downtown Knoxville last night, from sutree’s landing (there were People taking out a dozen or more paddle boards to the right of the photo )
  6. I have always used spoons for bass. They work good about any way you fish them. Little cleo is excellent but way over priced so I had to quit buying them. Now I mostly use cotton Cordell on the bottom, I guess that’s a structure spoon? I’ve never learned the difference between casting spoon jigging spoon structure spoon etc. spoon was a big player in the latest bass elite event on pickwick
  7. I’ve got electric lights all throughout my home, thanks for asking
  8. They don’t live forever , probably near the end at 25 lbs no matter how ya hold (or snag) it
  9. ?‍♀️ the MLF , the angler, and the TWRA understand the rule clearly. it’s not some TVA or Tennessee specific thing. In most states, there’s a difference in foul hooking and snagging I believe Steve Kennedy could have had this “snagged” California fish weighed by an MLF official 6-8 times in the amount of time he had it in the boat (32:40 mark)
  10. Returned to the water, followed the rule intentionally snagging bass isn’t possible in muddy water , mike long of so cal is the only person I’ve seen accomplish it
  11. Good eatin!
  12. Watts bar is fishing poorly
  13. Zoom soft baits, eagle claw hooks, st croix rods, spro hard baits
  14. I wish I could fish with my dad, I wouldn’t mind if he slapped me on the back of the head or stomped my chairs and rods. I say cherish the moments.
  15. He just said “a” cold beer, not the whole box haha
  16. I take a gallon out the front door every day no matter what, sometimes more
  17. I was driving up river about 30 mph on Friday evening. Some guy passed by me somewhat close at about 60 mph and shut his boat down right in front of me to stop and fish …….. you never know what to think anymore
  18. I thoroughly enjoy a sunrise waking a bomber long A for smallmouth
  19. Now that’s determination !
  20. First assignment this morning back at work. 3 skunks had fallen into a window well and I got two of them to walk into a cage trap. The third one I got to walk into a bucket on a rope
  21. And it said if you snag a game fish , you have to let it go
  22. I’ve never been out on ky lake but I’ve laid eyes on it a time or two. You could have perfect weather that time of year. I would definitely try for some sunrise topwater action. For catfish maybe below the dam would be a good option
