Pretty much the same. You definitely want a smallish sow if possible. I have eaten the boar up to about 150 lbs, old timers tell me they get kind of funky after that Although I wouldn’t say no to a corn dog, fish is a lot better

I’ve eaten Asian carp. TWRA was frying them at the 2019 bassmaster classic and giving it out for free with the recipe. They had churched it up with garlic and some other things, i would give it a 3.5 out of 10. I could it eat it, but I’d rather not. It was definitely worse than bass, panfish, walleye, and catfish. Bout like a drum I’d say (I eat a lot of fish) also, important to note: if you want to get rid of a fish, creating a meat market is not the solution . It’s the opposite. If there’s a fish people enjoy, they will want more. And if people make money off selling the fish meat, they will want more of this money
