  1. Well as soon as I said no ladder work til after lunch..... Am elderly lady called with a raccoon in the chimney from the historic district. Houses 50 feet tall and 5 feet apart
  2. "feels like" is 14 here this morning. I think I'll do my ladder work after lunch.....
  3. Also congrats to the niners, they are crazy fast. Pretty cool seeing Jerry rice so pumped up on the sidelines, many said he was so focused during his career that he never really enjoyed the games or the championships. Well he was enjoying it today! To see the greatest football player ever cheering for his team like one of us is something I won’t forget
  4. Hahaha ! Hey we work 40 hrs....... most of the time.......
  5. I’ve still got it for game boy, it’s still awesome. Just recently sold my Nintendo and all the games . Taking up space for 15 years and rarely played..... sadness......
  6. Have you ever played “the black bass” for Nintendo or game boy?
  7. Congrats to KC, now we will have a likeable team representing the AFC for once!
  8. Titans rushed 3 almost every play. Not sure why but Vrabel beat belichick and harbaugh to get there so I guess he knows better than me. But geez bring a blitz at least a few times
  9. I can only answer your first question and for me, yes the split ring pliers make it that much easier
  10. Are you dead set on using the same line you originally tried with?
  11. Water temp 49 and very sunny bluebird type sky. Chilly for TN, around 31-32 degrees, some icing in the guides but not much. Same lake as yesterday but different portion, I caught mine with gulp minnow and my buddy used Ned
  12. I suppose that depends on the transducer, here’s what I have
  13. i found a rapala today
  14. Congrats!
  15. I noticed that when I stayed on a lake up in Michigan. It was always raining but the water levels seemed to stay somewhat steady and the lake stayed pretty clear. After a good rain you can see raccoon tracks on the surface of the river here........
  16. Hahaha that’s for d&$@ sure! Those bowfin have dynamite in their veins. I enjoy them but that’s because I’ve only boated one , I imagine you would sustain serious bodily harm after landing several.
  17. I just found that thing laying on the ground. My buddies caught theirs with Ned rig and I caught mine with gulp minnow on a jig head and zoom worm on a drop shot
  18. Had some plans change this morning and ended up having the opportunity to jump in some friends boat. They had already boated 3 and missed a few when I arrived a little before 10 am. Water 51 degrees and clear, air somewhere in the high 30s and raining. We caught a decent amount of small fish but nothing over about 14 inches. The rain soaked through my buddy’s gear and they had to get him back indoors pretty quick so I stayed and fished off the banks for a bit. Caught one baby fish and found a rapala. My mountain hardwear rain jacket and layers underneath had me bone dry and toasty
