The largemouth was 21” with a good belly and the smallmouth was 20.25”. I caught a mere 18”........ the current is raging and the fish were caught with Texas rigs. They used worms I used the menace. Water temp around 72. Great evening on the TN river

Sounds like the one you had was a champ! Someone once told me all the batteries are either Chicago or Pittsburgh and company x just slaps a sticker on them. Walmart batteries always seem to last way longer than expected. I think the shipping process (banging around)messes us the lead plates on the duds, not the manufacturer

I hate that for ya, i guess if it's hot you just need to stay inside. I would still caution against wishing for different weather, it's going to do what it's going to do. I try to be grateful for each day regardless of weather and my fishing opportunities are bountiful. Just my $.02
