  1. @GRiver yes and I believe it was the same guy and his son were also being investigated for having counterfeit money. The one guy can’t get out of his own way!
  2. @casts_by_fly it could be a spring, I didn’t think about that. There is a creek that feeds this lake but, it’s on the complete opposite side of the lake from where this is. @slonezp I’ve never played with the settings to get a better image, maybe I should. I did see plenty of fish in others areas hugging that 12’ mark where the thermocline is in other areas. @scaleface I’m certain the thermocline is at 12’ because as we made our way around the lake it was consistently at 12’ and this was the only area where I saw this line deeper than 12’.
  3. The wife and I went out fishing last night. The thermocline was at 12’, then I came to this area and saw what appears to be a second thermocline deeper. This area of the lake was the only place I found this. Is this indeed what I’m seeing?
  4. Frog T-rig creature Vibrating jig I’ll play by the rules but just three is hard.
  5. Was way before my time. They have no attachment to Bassresource anymore and I had nothing to do with that sponsorship back in 2018.
  6. Dang it @A-Jay! There’s nothing worse than your spouse being sick and needing you but you can’t be there. Didn’t that happen before? We’ll keep you two in our thoughts!
  7. Keep strong you two!
  8. 6poundbass tried out for the city all star team and made it. They had their tournament this weekend and they ended up taking second today. A long weekend of baseball.
  9. I agree with @A-Jay. It doesn’t and won’t make a difference. To be honest I’d trust a professional angler over anyone else. I got my boaters certification when I was in 6th or 7th grade. What the hell does that do? Absolutely nothing! The only thing I remember from that course 30 years ago was you go counter clockwise. It’s pretty scary to think any Joe can go out and buy a twin 250 tri-toon, $300K wakeboat, or bass boat with a 300hp if you have enough money. The same can be said for vehicles.
  10. A pike that big could’ve pulled me on a ski!
  11. I have a bad habit of getting comfortable with lures and forgetting the rest. The past couple years it’s been a swim jig, lipless crank, T-rig craw, and spinnerbait. I still throw a frog from time to time but it hasn’t been as productive for me the last couple years which really bums me out. I have a ton of other lures but have gotten into this rut.
  12. Kastking isn’t a sponsor, no kickbacks here, no disclaimer needed.
  13. So Johnny Cash wrote ‘one piece at a time’ about you! 😁
  14. Make sure it’s secure in the cradle. Definitely sounds like something is loose somewhere.
  15. I’ve had very good luck with Kastking sunglasses. I have a couple pairs of the Iditarods, one for work, one for home. They’re light weight and very comfortable. They come with a hard case and microfiber cloth bag.
  16. I’m kind of bummed it’s not on FS1. Soccer over bass fishing, come on!
  17. Of course it’s haunted! It’s named Moody cemetery for a reason.
  18. I’ve gotten them before but it’s been a long time.
  19. The views are nice easy access to the water is nice, but fishing the same water over and over gets old (to me anyway). The lake I lived on was a private probably 50 acre lake. It would probably be a different story if it were a huge lake where you could run miles and miles to a spot.
  20. @LrgmouthShad I’ll tell you one of them for all your hotel’s on Boardwalk.
  21. https://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_123/mlf-birge-penalty-61224.html Not sure why it wasn’t discussed by MLF before jumping the gun. Now they’re backtracking.
  22. I have had three. Been happy so far!
