  1. Glad I am not a mudfish! http://news.yahoo.com/video/odd-15749658/21119693
  2. Was great fishing with Eric! I think we could have easily had a 18lb 5 fish stringer if we were fishing a tournament The Big "O" is alive and well, lots of forage for Bertha, water is clearing nicely, and TONS of juvenile bass schools everywhere. Its going to boom down here soon! Maybe the next Bass Resource road trip needs to be down here......hint, hint, hint!!
  3. Another line I forgot to mention was Stren's Superbraid, very good, but they discontinued it, I think it was replace with Fusion, but have yet to try it extensively.
  4. Nice froggy! Need to add that and soon, to my froggy collection. Hope it says no to weeds!
  5. IMO some braids handle better and have less issues than others. If want the "best" get Daiwa's Samurai, it makes Power Pro look like an ugly red headed step child. ;D
  6. When money is on the line, people do crazy things! From corking bats to drugs, at least in fishing we ban them for life.
  7. Now that Ranger Intracoastal is one very, very nice boat! Shoot me a PM and I'll send you setup details.
  8. 12.6 to 12.8. If you are getting those readings and your charger is not getting all greens after a full night of charging, then its time to buy new batteries . Walmart it with Everstart Marine Maxx or get yourself some nice new Sears Platinum Marines !
  9. Changed his sceen name to Organic_Choice, and the leftest have called off the search.
  10. Happens to some extent I believe at top college programs, its just if they get caught or not. When I was at FSU, it seemed like some of the top sport studs in B-Ball and Football, had cars that were way out of the regular college dudes budget.....hint, hint, hint, and it just happened to be that the local booster carried the same brand vehicles on his lot. B-Ball 3 was the license plate I saw speed by me plenty of times on the back of a new Vette....gotta love it!!!
  11. Consumer reports recently did a laptop roundup, and I think Toshiba rated best, see if you can get the report online.
  12. AWESOME! Dude, gotta be loving it! What island are you on, I assume Hawaii? If you get a chance to fly over to Maui or Kuai you won't be dissappointed!!
  13. !!You figured out Lox!! That's all you really need, when those fish bulldog into the weeds you need that the backbone med-hvy to hvy action rods provide! Only addition you need is a cranking/lipless rod for the canal drop offs.
  14. Good trip! Kevin (Krzkvn) and I were slow but consistent in the A.M. around the eel grass catching a 2-14lb right off the bat on a Spro. I ended up with about 7-8 total with a big fish of 2-14 and a couple of 2lbs. Kevin caught a nice one off the water control structure close to 4lbs and I ended up pulling 4 fish to about 2 1/2lbs out of the running water and lost a nice jumper. We found a bit different pattern fishing the cuts that went from the main canal into the flats during the heat of the day using lipless crankbaits and smaller worms. Kevin was slaying the dinks though with his technique ;D and I was catching the some other species as well...hello Mr. Bowfin and Bluegill! Total catch for the day was about 25 or so fish! With those packs of custom soft snake lures that Bruce got for big fish I think Kevin got the picture of what he needs to be throwing next time.....using braid of course . I knew we should have given Bruce a 5lb handicap!
  15. 10-20 MPHs! Glad I have a Powerpole
  16. Sunrise is at 6:40am Civil Twilight is at 6:14am Let's try to have our boats in the water no later than 6:15am. Someone mentioned to meet back at ramp by 1:00pm, but I wouldn't mind getting there a bit earlier like 12:00pm or so, it gets pretty brutal with the heat after about 10-11. I am bringing my camera and have a digital scale to weigh my big fish of the day and/or may actually keep the biggest to release at ramp, but with the heat index and the warm water it usually stresses the fish out too much. I figure the biggest fish angler can get a pack of soft plastics of choice from each angler. I will be offering up a pack of Skinny Dippers. Lastly, lets make sure we exchange phone numbers with all boaters at ramp to make sure we have way of contacting them to notify of any breakdowns or accidents or better yet SoFlaBassaddict can you gather that info and send a PM to all boaters with real name, screen name, and cell #?
  17. Yes those directions as clear as a bell!
  18. Just called Mike and sent Krzkev a PM to coordinate. I am ready to ride ;D
  19. The Heat Roster with LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Udonis Haslem, and Mike Miller........is like having TEAM USA in Miami. We need another point guard and someone another forward that is at least average to have a bit more depth, but I would say the roster is coming along nicely. Riley you OLD DOG YOU! I say bring back Seikaly and Mourning just for S..TS and GIGGLES!
  20. Droid X = BRICK! That thing is HUGE!
  21. Went back and looked at all the pictures in the Share a Project and all I have to say is WOW! Nice clean well thought out work! Wish I could find ONE contractor, or for that matter one person that accomplish work of that caliber in any area! Beautiful boat in every detail!
