Sounds like you are backing the trailer to far in the water or your winch stand is to far back. Once you get it on the trailer like it's suppose to be, check and see if the bunks are touching the bottom of the boat. If they aren't you will need to slide your winch stand forward some. The back of your boat shouldn't be hanging off the pads no more than a couple of inches. Welcome to BR.

If I catch her not looking I will run in and get on the computer. ;D It won't be long before she will hollow and ask if I'm going to finish the yard before Christmas.
