  1. A new pair of reels arrived today.
  2. Daiwa Tatula CT 7:3:1, I like the 2016-19 model, usually run around $90-100.
  3. I would try selling on Dobyns Rods Community on Facebook. I've sold several Dobyns rods on there, you'll probable get the best return if your equipment is in good shape.
  4. I broke a Falcon Expert rod last year, it was my fault. I shipped the damaged rod with a copy of my receipt/shipping information and $20.00 for return shipping of a new rod. I got a new replacement rod no questions asked about 2 weeks later. https://shop.falconrods.com/pages/customer-service
  5. Look inside the jacket, it will have the correct cylinder/bobbin kit re-arming information for your vest.
  6. Never ending question/answer. One guy to the next one will have a different answer/opinion. Buy the best quality equipment you can afford and what will catch you fish.
  7. I don't cover my rods since my boat is only 14' so I have no storage compartments to put my rods/reels in. I keep them in my Toyota Sequoia on the ride to/from the lake. I do keep reel covers on my reels to keep them clean/protected until I get to the lake.
  8. I know I was just giving you a hard time. ?
  9. I like using this one.
  10. You need way more choices of brands ?
  11. I just keep a couple of desiccant packs in each tackle box containers, a lot of times I have my wife save them for me. You know how women have to have so many shoes? Obviously if they are soaked take them out to dry out.
  12. The Tatula rods are nice rods. I have a Tatula spinning rod that I really like. I have a good amount of Dobyns rods and I like them also. Have no experience with the Cashion rods. TW usually has around 10-15% sale around tax time if I remember correct.
  13. I found a new Daiwa Tatula CT Type-R online for too good of a deal. ?
  14. I hated the Bass X, that was the worst rod I've felt in my hands before. I returned it right away. I've never used the Mojo but it has to be way better than a Bass X. I've used multiple Dobyns rod models, I'd go with Fury 734 for a good overall rod on a budget.
  15. I'd use it as long as it hasn't been sitting in direct sun.
  16. Dobyns Fury 735 Dobyns Champion XP 703 x 2 Dobyns Champion XP 734 x 2 Dobyns Champion XP 705CB Glass
  17. My favorite hooks are sharp ones.
  18. Give Dobyns a call I'm sure they could tell you the differences. Not sure if you can get a hold of them during the current weather conditions or if they are currently open due to the Texas weather.
  19. I've been using using Dobyns for a good number of years. I've been very happy with them. I think if you stay with popular brands you should be happy. If I was too look around I'd look at ALX, Daiwa, Dobyns, Falcon, G.Loomis, St Croix.
  20. Dobyns Champion XP DC 736CB GLASS, good for Chatterbaits, Spinnerbaits, Large Crankbaits. Don't know what you're looking to spend though, I just threw it out there for a popular Chatterbait rod.
  21. https://fishing.asian-portal.shop/
  22. Looks like some good deals, good to hear it is legit.
