YUP stick with what u know them 3,s been around longer then any shimano WILL think about being around .Too me 10 yrs is still a baby for a reel when u hit 20 30 yrs and can hand it down to your greatgrandkids THEN and only then is it worthy of bein considered reliable,tough,great buy etc etc ......................ABU ...FOR LIFE who coulda thought of a better headline for there reels only a reel company thats been in business 50 yrs or more and STILLL GOING strong

Whats harder is some guys who pay CS miss a payment buying a loomis WAA-LAAA Then it goes up for sale on ebay for 1/4 of what they paid for it >same with guns,cars,trucks .A fool and there money are easily departed and it benefits us with nickle and dime purchases in the long run YAY for peeed off wives and girl freinds LOL

Im having the same thoughts, try this take a EWG hook and a reg hook and slide it across ur rug or even try to hook ur pants youll see what i mean ,th epoint on a reg hook sticks up further then a EWG matter of fact if i didnt have so many EWG hooks i wouldnt use um any more im thinking of having a yard sale soon i got at least 100 packs i have collected in a few yrs.More i think about it the more it makes sense why do i want my hook power going inline towards my bend i want all power going to my point !!!

Slow to me is a techniqe called stitch'n was developed in the 80,s i think by Don ivino.Now this is slow you cast out ur fav worm let it sit for about a minute bring up any slack with ur rod then reel til u get that slack line put on ur reel now this is the best part YOU grab your line and slowlyyyyy pull it with ur hand about 5 inches at a time then and only then do u reel that foot of slack line in then repeat this process DONT NOT USE YOUR REEL to bring in the lure only ur hand.I find this works in CRYSTAL clear water best and the way the water is here in MD im glad i learned.......... WE NEEED RAIN BAD i hate STITCH"N

I think Gary Yamamoto has a BB that u can go even slower then a cavitron a buddy of mine showed it to me today he was drunk so im not sure had 4 holes in it a glider type head and a wire that was bent and a gamakatzu hook.but he did use it it was slooooooow i like slow BB,s

Just as some say here fish it at 24 bucks u aint loosing much if it does break .300 dollar rods break also for no reason so i have seen/read .And at 300 bucks YOU WOULD HOPE it wanst poorly made.I have 2 of these rods they work good .I read about a guy who uses um for tourneys he dont have any probs with them either .Anyhow i seen a thread about a 450 dollar CUSTOM rod just breaking on a cast .this thread was 9 pages of excuses and eventaully lead to a bunch of sugercoating the warrenty "Send us 100 bucks with a piece of the rod and we will send you a new one " Stuff like that

If i was a billionare id still use AG round reels ,just id have 3 or 400 of them LMAO.Now this coming from a guy (me) that got a settlement about 6 yrs ago for 20 gran lal bills were paid so i had 20 gran to spend on MYSELF i bought 4 guns and a car the rest was fishing stuff Guess what i bought and money wanst a object AG round reels and berkley big game i did buy a lot of falcon rods to>ya i coulda bought 300 doallr reels al day long but im so infactauted with round garcia reels i didnt even handle any 300 dollar reels i said ill take 6 of the 4600,s and 4 5600,s i still use them reels today BUT i also use my new revos also if they last as long a smy round reels then ill get more revos .to me it aint all about the bling bling its about what works and i have confidence in.Spinners are cool but cool gets all messed up in the mudd and slop

I have heard they are good for slow moving baits... t-rigs,c rigs ,jigs and are really sensitive ,,,no rings very light.I seen a post somewhere after 6 months of using braid it started to grooove though,but if i recall this was with the first ones they came out with and it had a recoil tip now i hear they use a ceramic one in its place

The pistol grip rod is the easiest rod I build..I am constantly building 5'6" Pistols. I always have one or two up on line....I have 2 that I use for weightless top water plastics (Zulu) and hard tops (ChugBug).. Tight Lines All!!! If u put it on a 7 foot rod it should balance out med action .Too me reel weight is more a matter of balance.take the reel to ur fav store and try it out on diff rods,if it balances out right behind or right in front of the reel stem ur in business

i have a falcon original in MH it dont have a exposed blank its a workhorse rod i like it but im looking for med action or even light action pistol grips now ..What is the 5-6 you have ???

You rright it is on that side and on your right side where ur handle is it says how many yards of line u can spool........ But that dont mean you spool it all on your right Just messin with ya all in fun

Ya they do get a lot of negativity i have had pits before very gentle dogs .if you have pits or any dog for that matter some require a lot of attention obediance training and such .This happens with guns also makes you wonder how many ppl are killed by other breeds of dogs and knives/machetes/stakes/hammers/cars/tree limbs /sticks/ bats the list goes on .its so easy for ppl to point a finger at a cause of death/despair/ but everyone OVERLOOKS the reason for it happening anyway .If we could all blame our mistakes on something other the our own doing the world would be chaos in a matter of seconds
