How is the fishing up there? I was planning on heading back up there this weekend. Haven't been up since the dog days of summer. Are the cool nights bringing water temp down? What ya catching em on? TIA

I am sold on an ocho for weightless texas rigging the wobble and price are unbeatable IMO. However, I wanted to wacky rig more and wanted to know what pricepoint I should look at getting GY senkos at. I can get them just under $5 but wasn't sure if that was the best deal for them when I look to stock up.

This is my exact reasoning too. Only have fished GY senko shortly before going to the ocho.

Just talking the GY Senko. Obviously the gold standard for senkos but priced high. What is your price that you would fill your boat on them (ie. have seen for sale and had to buy them)?

Random- again sorry I am bored and looking to make a kind of fluke rig. But I was thinking about purchasing some micro o-rings to thread onto some hooks and could not find how thick a hook is and I do not own calipers.... So looking for your help. If you have a #2, #1, 1/0 and 2/0 standard hook and calipers- telling me the size would be most appreciated or any other thoughts on the small o-rings TIA

So I am getting bored... What baits do you instantly swap out the hooks? I have not had a problem with stock hooks but recognize that there are much better options out there and was looking to see if there were any trends with hooks that you do not like- but like the bait. I am not a fan of Whopper Plopper hooks since they are so thick (diameter)- but usually throw on braid so I have not swapped out. S-waver same thing- hooks too thick IMO- get swapped out. Anybody have any others that want to give me something to do?

I just wish they were darker- not the biggest fan of that aluminum color- super sharp tho.
