  1. Fish are more out of shape now than in years past. Heavy salt/sugar diet is trickling down to animals.
  2. Five. 2 braid setups 3 mono setups If I can’t catch them on those, I can assure I can’t catch them on 25 setups.
  3. You must be the same guy that always gets a pic of Bigfoot or Loch Ness..
  4. Hell I don’t know..when you make up your mind your go fishing, your going fishing. It has been hotter than a homeless man writing a check tho...
  5. They put a human on a floating rock in 1969 from 238,000 miles away. The Pyramids were built without electricity. Im gonna reach here and say putting a lead weight in front of a piece of plastic that loosely resembles a fish is possible!
  6. Tampa? Only place I’ve been fishing..Yeah, surface water temps have been from 93-95. The couple bass I caught had sunscreen on. It’s been brutal lately. Absolutely brutal..
  7. ^that. In my completely unscientific theory, I would say the fish move away from whatever they’re spraying. More importantly, you fish tourney’s with a guide?? Nice!
  8. Science has proven not going fishing enough is what causes rust.
  9. No matter how you decide to, 95% of my swim jig bites have been REALLY subtle. I’d hit it like setting the hook on a Mako and miss every single one. I have to let the rod load when I’m fishing those things. You’ll have to find what works for you
  10. Once I work out either the shopping cart or tire pattern, I start to dial in..
  11. Only every outing..
  12. Need slack in the line..
  13. Brah that’s an awesome picture. That’s ‘it’ right there!
  14. No, but I fished with the wife once.
  15. Quit your job, leave the significant other, fill the tank up and join the tour!!
  16. Ah, well it’s the Waning Crescent moon of course..
  17. My graph shows their blood pressure and cholesterol level. If they seem high or smoke heaters, I go for those. The jerks swimming around for exercise and such I leave them be. Hope this helps
  18. Networking. ^ that is more important than any lure, bait, boat, rod, reel, line than you can think of.
  19. “Babe I’m getting a Basscat...I’ll see you next week or so...” Did it for you.
  20. Confidence is the most important thing you can cast. Period. Im still convinced a bass looks at whatever we’re throwing and says “hey! Look! Food.....” Have you looked at a buzz bait? What the hell is that? I’ve never, ever seen a black/blue glitter worm in nature. Most soft plastics look like a 2nd grade science project. The closer you can cast to their mouths, the better your results I would imagine.
  21. Grandma used to say: ”you can have time or you can have money...you can’t have both” Boy was she ever right. I’ve been having more time lately ?
  22. There are some fishing piers right by the park that runs under the bridge. You can catch a bunch of stuff when the bait is running thru there. As far as the canals, in my experience, that water has a hard time getting out of there and tends to not be very oxygenated and stagnant. You can catch a sail cat or hard head cat nearly every cast I assume and sting rays as well. My vote would be an offshore charter
  23. If that spot works within a pattern that has been established, a lot. If it looks and feels like everything else, not many or none.
  24. What about when your boater rips a hook set with a 1 oz weight and you hear it break the sound barrier as it goes by..more dangerous than the hook
  25. Jerkbait Spinnerbait Chatterbait Water temp between 84-87. They been eating the hooks off the jerkbait
