Tungsten Weight Selection
I’ve found I can use 3/16 for 90% of my fishing. I keep a couple 1/4 and 3/8’s if I’m gonna throw a bull worm or something. Other then that 3/16’s doesn’t really get bogged down and will stay down. My local Walmart used to carry the strike king four pack of 3/16 for $5.99.

BFS Rod Dobyns, Phenix or Cashion
I went through this same process over the winter. I ended up getting the dobyns 691. Because I have a couple other dobyns and liked them. It’s a light and fairly sensitive stick. I’ve mostly thrown 1/8th ounce spinnerbaits on it so far. It’s a blast and works great.

Anyone have the falcon expert head turner.
No I went with the eye crosser. I’m pretty sure I made a thread about it. It’s great for just about anything in its weight range. From a 3/8’s jig to the 6” magdraft freestyle. With braid it talks to you.

When do you change our your braid?
When it gets to low. Sometimes it happens fast. Sometimes it takes a long time.

When fishing extremely tiny creeks/streams, do you find an ultralight setup to be more ideal?
You’ll probably be fine. It’s a fairly versatile length for what your want to do. String it up and go fishing.

BFS backlash frustration
Go up on you braid size a bit. 20 pound is 6 pound diameter. I bet 15 or 20 will help.

Spinnerbait equivalent of a Jackhammer
I’ve caught the most fish on the zman sling blade in blue gill. There not the best I’m sure. But they catch me the the most fish. So I buy them.

Definitely 5’6” and a small reel. You’ll be able to cast plenty far.

I do t have the Dobyns so can’t comment on that. I have the expert head turner, and it’s great at all that stuff and more.

Falcon Head Turner - Lowrider vs Expert
No experience with the low rider. But the expert is a awesome rod. Any single hook moving bait is great on it. Pitching jigs or worms is good. Versatile rod. Also throws above its weight range.

Dedicated Weightless Senko rod...what do you use?
Last year was the falcon Cara finesse jig rod. Great rod to pitch around sencos.
