WOW some good information posted. If there was one brand to purchase for someone just starting to use creature baits what would you suggest?

You will always have folks that will always be brand loyal and never change their minds about anything.

Sometimes I will use a willow blade or colorado blade attached to a centering pin and add to a soft plastic worm.

I sell what I haven't used or will never use. I buy stuff cause I think it is cool but never use it, then it is time to sell it. Also sell stuff if I want to upgrade my stuff.

I use to build all my saltwater rods. But changes in my life and a move, I had to give it up. There is nothing like landing your PB on a rod that you built. I haven't built a rod in over 25 years. The new equipment to build rods is amazing. All my rod making stands, drying stands etc were homemade.

I use to do that then just bought some free rig weights. Opening the eye up does work, just make sure you don't put any burrs in the metal.

Well I pulled the trigger and just got a Kastking Al-Ti baitcaster, It has an aluminum alloy frame and a titanium spool. weighs 5.6 oz

I don't stretch my FC but I do use KVD line conditioner.
