  1. You might try the Alberto's knot. It is smaller than the Albright.
  2. I have 2 2500s on Avid rods. They make a good combination for fishing plastics and light spinnerbaits either with braid or mono.
  3. Some of the big girls will have finished by then and may be hanging around cedars. A Zara Spook can call some big ones up it things are right.
  4. Acetone won't harm the gel. I use it a lot on my boat. I'd try a small area with it and see how it works. You may need to use rubbing compound and a buffer to get everything off and shining again.
  5. Why don't you call them and ask them? Ph: 501-262-5300
  6. I'd reduce the sensitivity just a tad and see how it does.
  7. If you are serious about a Nitro, call Pro's Choice Marine in Warsaw MO. They are the largest Nitro dealership and often sell for several thousand less than any other place. You may be able to save enough to justify the trip to pick it up there. I just looked at their web site and saw 3 Z7s all for under 30 large and that is before any haggling. http://www.proschoicemarine.com/

  9. If it is the same problem you shouldn't have to pay twice, but it may be something totally different.
  10. I used to keep an alum. in a dock on Bull Shoals for 3 months each year. It was so nasty and I had to pack all my stuff back and forth. I'd never do it again.
  11. I just use an RV brush and regular soap and water. I do it while it is on the boat.
  12. The only thing I'd add here is to focus all of your attention exactly at a spot and make your cast to it not in the general direction. That is critical especially when fishing around brush where pin point accuracy is a must.
  13. More than likely it would work depending on what size it is. Is it from a regular tractor or a lawn tractor?
  14. Plano box with styrofoam strips.
  15. That is about the same advice I'd give you.
  16. I've used them in all kinds of water clarity. I do, however, have a large variety of colors from which to choose but I really like blue/white in any color of water.
  17. If you don't have a loose wire then you probably have a bad micro switch.
  18. There is only one real way to tell and that is to take each boat for a test ride so you can see how well you like them. If they won't give you a ride, don't buy. If you decide on the Tracker you might give Pro's Choice marine in Warsaw MO. They are the largest tracker dealer and they usually have prices below anywhere else you can find. Guys have told me that they have saved as much as $5000 on a new Nitro.
  19. None of the above. Deep for me is a jigging spoon.
  20. Try the MUD HOLE. I think they may have one. If I remember it is item 3183 but I'm not certain.
  21. I keep one in an excel spreadsheet and have for several years.
  22. That must have been some kind of wind storm to make waves that large on Table Rock.
  23. A bit pricey but I think the Jeep Cherokee in Diesel would tow anything. My wife tows my Champ with a Jeep Liberty CRD.
  24. I had the same issue as Mike on my Optimax. It turned out to be the upper tank causing the alarm. I replaced it and everything was good to go.
