  1. It’s not for me I’ll ask the guy looking for it how much he is willing to spend and get back to you or I can pm you his number. Thanks
  2. What props are both of you running and What pvs plugs the four stroke usually doesn’t need venting solid plugs usually work the best in the 4- stoke.
  3. I keep the rod up with the plopper but I prefer it. When I get a hit I drop the rod tip a little bit and set the hook.
  4. It’s a long shot but a kid I know just bought his first boat and he needs a foot pedal. If anyone has or knows where to get one. Thanks
  5. It’s hot in Florida right now. Do you have a fish finder on your kayak? If not I would recommend it. Start to look for fish off shore a great bait for deep bass in central Florida is a green gizzard deep diving crankbait. 6 - 10 xd real long cast’s or even long lining. Even drop shotting will be effective.
  6. My advice is don’t buy to many to start. Take one or two baits out at a time and learn them. As far as other baits definitely a G2 shellcracker and a bullshad and a Ms Slammer.
  7. Strike kings Greg Hackney Hack attack heavy cover jig
  8. I fish a drop shot and wacky on the same rod with no problems. I use a daiwa Tatula 7’ medium rod and a tatula CHX 3000 spinning reel with 10lb braid to leader
  9. Get 2 of whatever you chose so they will hold you wherever you want.
  10. I’ve been doing the same thing in southeast Wisconsin same bait also.
  11. I use 10lb suffix 832 on my spinning reel I usually use a leader.
  12. They are the same except the max doesn’t click between speeds. I have the endura max and like it. If you’re wanting to make it more weedless get yourself a ninja grass blade and put it on the trolling motor. If you want to go fast jump to a 24 volt 80 lb thrust motor.
  13. That’s great news. You should carry a extra fuse or two just in case you do blow one.
  14. I like Lews I have a couple daiwa Tatula Sv’s and a Tatula spinning reel.
  15. Welcome I fish northern Illinois a lot.
  16. I had a bass in Florida pull the split ring enough on a whopper plopper 90 that the hook came off. And I lost the fish it was partially my fault for using braid and a mh fast rod tho.
  17. You want more models? Just go over to Lews they have so many different models you’ll be confused for a week. But I love my Lews reels.
  18. Looks like a bluegill KVD 300
  19. If the fuse is not blown your good. If you take the fuse out you will need to connect the wires with a butt connector. And I would also put some heat shrink tubing over it.
  20. Did you look at the fuse to make sure it blew ? Is it possible it just came apart? I’ve been cruising around on mine with a 55lb thrust with no problem. But to answer your question yes you can cut out that fuse if your using the minnkota battery box with the 60amp breaker.
  21. Take the back treble off and only use the front hook. It will come through the weeds much better.
  22. I used gorilla glue clear after a couple guys used it for the same thing with good results.
