The Road To The Super Bowl 2021
Well truth be told, his coaching record without Brady is under 500 and 136 and 39 with Brady. Hard to believe it was all Brady though......is it ?

The Road To The Super Bowl 2021
Have to agree, " that kid " dismantled a pretty good Bills team.

New kid vs old kid, should be fun.

Looking for some expert advice.
$300 or lower will require you to rebuild the engine of a used unit. Imo

Summersville lake
Use a depth finder to find flats as that is one heck of a deep lake. I've literally found spots over 300 feet there.

The Road To The Super Bowl 2021
I feel very fortunate to have had the pleasure to watch Brees play and win the Katrina SB but his body language leaving the field is a strong indication he's hanging it up. Don't think Brady can go to GB and win. Don't think the Bills can beat a healthy Mahomes......that's all I got.

Windy Winter
Been very windy and cold here. I've been spoiled by the previous mild winters and bragging about fishing year around.......not so this winter. I've been a wimp clinging to mommy all day.

Coffee - Whats your brand and how do you drink it?
Had my first cup of coffee while visiting Hawaii at the age of 57, called Kona coffee. We have a Keurig and aren't diehard coffee drinkers but will have a cup here and there, mainly Maxwell house.

Alabama Football: Best Team Ever
The 1995 Cornhuskers were the best team I've seen coached by Tom Osborne, they averaged 53 PPG and completely dismantled a formidable Gators team. But no doubt what Saban is doing down there in Alabama is mind boggling.

Dove bar soap by the case, Amazon.

Lake Anna
Back in early 80's, Anna was my favorite body of water in VA to fish. I still fish it but it's the same ole, same ole , flipping , skipping wacky around the thousands of docks. Thanks for the report.

All time worm dream team...
I've only caught 1 bass over 8lbs in many years of fishing, on a Culprit worm so obviously that would my dream team worm......Robo would be a close 2nd.

All time worm dream team...
Nope, my favorite so far.

And Then The Fight Began...
Police officer pulls up in front of house and knocks on residence door with accident report in hand. Man opens door and says how may I help? Officer says are you mr. Johnson? Man replies YES. Officer says with hesitation while reading report " it looks like your wife got run over by a train ". Man replies " I know but she's good with the kids ".

Does anyone give the Bucs a chance to come out of the NFC ?....they have this old legend behind center.

The Road To The Super Bowl 2021
A Ravens/Titans rematch from last year, that's the game I gotta see.

New years resolution thread
Well, there's no way I'm going to stop drinking because I just started after I retired. But I will continue to stick with this mindset......always stay humble and kind. And a wifey tune.

Something ATE my entire spinnerbait?
I don't think it would have been a snapping turtle as I caught likely a 30 pounder while catfishing, using braid and fought it for quite a while before landing it. Only fish around here that has done to me as you described were Musky and was also throwing spinnerbait.

Howdy from Central VA!
Good to have you Scott. Lots of smaller lakes down that way that is electric only so a Kayak or canoe makes sense. This past year I fished: Holliday lake Lake Robertson Douthat Bear creek Philpott Sherando All while camping with the wife.

Yes, look for that little slit, hide goes up.

Jerk baits
Pre-spawn is the time of year where I'm tunnel vision, throw nothing but Jerkbaits exclusively. Luck-E-Strike because I'm frugal.

The battle continues
Never had one thankfully. Remember as a child playing around in my uncle's closet and finding a little jar with a gravel in it so took the jar to him asking what was so special about this gravel. He said I'm keeping it locked up in that jar so it never returns back to where it came from. My Aunt explained it to me many years later.

Then and Now
I'm somewhat of a minority here concerning baits. Still throwing the same baits I threw back in the 70's with the only exception being finesse and a couple top water. Equipment is significantly better today and baits look much more enticing with high tech finish. Fun factor hasn't changed.
