America's favorite game show -NAME THAT BAIT!!!
I bought one of the salesman sample boards with 16 Timber Tigers on it back in December. They look too good on the board to take off and use so I ordered half a dozen of their sister lure the Brush Baby. I'm on the hunt for some 5' and 8' Tigers...

Gross Fishy Hands
That wonderful fish funk is where my name comes from. My Mrs. complains about the fish smell. When we go to her parents of course I fish at their place too and so her steering wheel reeks and she meets me at the door of her parents with hand sanitizer. I say it's the smell of success baby!!!

twin-arm spinnerbait
I didnt even know you could get a twin arm new today. I have a few older ones that has come in yard sale tackleboxes and such. I think most of mine are Bomber brand. Bushwhacker if I was to guess. I might also have some Shannon's. Like said above I've never wet these or had the want to. I would fancy a new model though.

Buzz Bait Favorite??
I've been looking at the Strike King Sugar Buzz, has anybody here thrown one?

Lizards
Here's a weird thing about the creeks I fish. I can take the 6" Zoom lizard in green pumpkin or watermelon red and catch lots of smallmouth. If I use the exact same lure and color in a 4" I struggle or only catch the skunk. The most interesting aspect is that if I matched the hatch in my waters it would have to be the lil salamander in the above posts so I would need the 4". It must be that the 6" produces a more enticing action?

Best Pop-R type lure ?
How did the guys do after getting their chug bugs? The reason I ask is many times I've seen 2 guys fish the same water together and throwing the same lure (exact same lure, no mods) but only 1 guy catches all the fish!

Talk about some jerks...
Jerkbaits that is! Slow-sinking, suspending and floating types. I have these 3 types at hand. I rarely see the floating jerkbait mentioned in comparison to its slow sink and suspending brothers. Is anybody catching fish with the floating model? Sure we catch fish using it when steady retrieved or even twitched on the surface, but do you jerk the floating lure and pause letting it rise? Does it mimic a fleeing baitfish? We've seen thousands of shad and minnows rising through the water and jumping across the surface before. Have you noticed how your lure rises? Does it rise evenly, tail up, or head up? Or does that make a difference? There is floating rogues, the Rapalas, storms, rebels, bagley, seems like everybody has a floating minnow. Can they be rear weighted to rise head first like a fleeing baitfish? Do you only use them when water temps are warmed til a pause of more than a split second is only needed? Do you say the hell with them give me my Vision 110 and pointer? I would appreciate hearing what you think about floating Minnows/jerkbaits

Realistic and "beautiful" lures - ever make a difference
Fred Sanford said it best in regards to praying "it don't hurt none" I am in agreement to that for highly detailed paint jobs ?

Storing Zman baits (Direct response from Zman)
Had a new experience with my Zman CrawZ today. I usually lose both lure and shroom head pretty often creek fishing but I know I've had today's lure on the hook and tied on for couple months. Today after reeling it in it was covered with little pieces of rock. After having to pull all the pieces of rock sediments off the lure I couldn't believe how sticky it had became. The only contact this lure has had was partially leaned against a painted wall and that must have done it. It still caught a nice Smallmouth today and survived the day to ride the creek waters another day... Just extra sticky

Beginner with swimbaits with a new 795SB rod, $100 to spend on swimbaits.....
I'm in the same boat as you (pardon the terrible pun) but I just bought a Shimano Cardiff 400, put on 20 or 25 lb big game and for the time being have been using a Ugly Stick hvy catfish rod. I'm gonna go with the Diawa swimbait rod though in Xtra hvy. I bought some of the Savage Gear swimbaits about $10 each and they look good in the water. Also bought some 5.5" and 6.5" hollow bodies rigged on VMC belly weighted 7/0 they look great too! The S Waver is on my list and from what I see on YouTube is a bargain for around $18. We will have to get us a big Spro Rat and wake it to stay in the club here lol
