  1. Hey there Capt. I haven't fished Nockamixon in a long time. I can tell you WRB is generally right on the money. I have a tournament friend who fishes Nockamixon I'll see what he has to say about any spots he's willing to share.
  2. Welcome aboard Jay.. I don't fish down your way so can't help you there. If your ever coming up northern Pa.shoot me a message and maybe we can hook up. When I'm fishing local it's usually Cowanesque lake or lake Hammond.

  4. You'd have a better chance of getting pregnant than drilling holes in my boat.....
  5. Your 100% right. There's no true news today just opinions. I can't watch without getting in a bad mood.
  6. Just great now I have to drive to Tn. to see how long my set up has to be. This technical stuff is killing me.
  7. I've heard those horror stories too. When I pull the boat out of the garage I need to lower my poles to clear the door then after I raise them I put my power pole covers on. That way I know they can't creep down.
  8. Welcome aboard Jim. I'm a little bit far away. Good luck on your quest.
  9. Mine are power poles and there wired into my main cutoff switch that controls everything except trolling motor which has it's own. I always turn off main until I'm ready to go fishing.

Seeing your from Maine you will probably have the same issue as I do here in Pa. "Bears" I can't tell you how many they have tore down off of trees. I now use a bear proof set up and no more issues. You can get them at most places that sell the cameras.
  12. What AJ said. SS will out perform aluminum all day long. A 4 blade will usually give you a better hole shot and slightly less top end. But as said above call mercury or a reliable prop shop and tell them what your looking for as far as performance.

  15. Thanks for sharing. Good job
  16. Well Josh I'll give you my mind set. My fishing rods and reels are the same to me as my guns. I use them as tools even if it's tools of pleasure I don't get attached to them. I don't collect, I sell what I don't use or I give them away. Now this doesn't include family had downs. IMO
  17. Puts things in perspective. Good luck on your MRI. Thoughts and prayers
