  1. I’ll send one later. Pat and Jake are coming to fish it later today
  2. I’m back home in North Carolina right now on leave from work. Some of you may be familiar with “Ol Muddy”, which is a small pond that my family and I fish somewhat frequently when I’m home. My Mom caught a new “record” out of it on Sunday. The biggest we’ve pulled out of it. 6.86lbs. She was using a green pumpkin magic senko. Hopefully @Pat Brown and possibly @FishTax and I get on some fish soon, too.
  3. Stands for margarita mutilator I think. Couldn’t tell you why that company decided margarita mutilator was so important of a name they had to attach a “III” suffix to one color. I also have no idea what it means to be a margarita mutilator. Might as well call that color “peanut butter jelly time” because that’s what it reminds me of. All that aside I love that color. MMIII / 10. Good show
  4. Last time I was actively fishing in the summer I usually carried Daytime Dropshot Texas Rig Crankbait Popper Shaky head Neko rig Two other rods with different stuff depending on conditions Nighttime Spinnerbait Jig Texas Rig Maybe a couple other rods
  5. Love it, @A-Jay . Maybe somewhere along the road of bass fishing we all get a better appreciation for opportunity cost, and what’s meaningful to us!
  6. First day back on the water in a little over nine months. Spent a few hours fishing and caught three. One 16" er and a couple tiny ones on a shaky head. I decided to check out the area around Cedar Gap boat ramp on Stillhouse. There is a lot of debris back there currently.
  7. Thanks to Glenn and the team for getting the website back up and running.
  8. Prime is still ahead of me
  9. Dropshot Wacky / Neko Shaky head Texas Rig (including weightless) Jig (including swim) Crankbaits Spinnerbaits Hard and soft jerkbaits Popper Frog
  10. I like the Rapala BX Brat. Homer’s Buddy, Tamale, Haymaker
  11. Shaky head 1/8-3/16oz Drop shot 3/8-1/2oz Hair Jig not enough experience with it Finesse Jig 1/8-1/4oz Neko Rig 1/16-3/32oz
  12. I appreciate the love @Pat Brown and @thediscochef. I have to wonder if I remember how to tie a palomar right. I’ll get back into the swing of things soon enough. @TnRiver46 and @Pat Brown probably two of the most avid anglers but I been a little out of touch.
  13. If forced to choose, I will take a warmer part of the day. But if the morning is all I have, I’m still going fishing.
  14. Merry Christmas Eve everyone. At nearly 7 months of consistent training, I hit my second PR - deadlift at a modest 355lbs. It has taken a long time to see the results I was looking for when I started, but now that they are coming, it is getting quite addictive. I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season and make sure to stick to that New Years Resolution if you make one.

My answer is one unless the elevator is taking a while
  16. Rage lobsters are excellent
  17. Start now so that momentum carries you into the next year
  18. I also enjoy chess. Beyond that, working out and cooking are primary hobbies.
  19. I finally had some overseas. It’s okay. Nothing wrong with it at all. I prefer Guinness Extra Stout, though.
  20. Complicated Neither. As I continued to fish more places, what I was doing was not working, so I had to adapt.
  21. I give an 8 to @A-Jay’s suggestion 👍🏻. This is currently my favorite song of the year. Being born in the wrong generation I just found this one.
  22. Fishing was decent while I had the means and time to do it. Highlights of the year are the kayaking/camping/fishing expedition on Devils River in May, and night fishing on Stillhouse Hollow June-August. My fishing season ended quite early. I am patient waiting for sometime next year when I may be able to fish again.
