Drag Set All The Way And I Can Pull Line Somewhat Easily Is This Normal
Everyone has given good guess'. The one sure way to find out is remove the filled spool and pull the tag end. If the line is coming off the spool then look closely as to whether or not it is actually digging in or slipping. If neither, have the reel serviced... Our experience with Quantum E pt's are drags do not hold up over time.... Good Luck & Tight Lines!

Back Reeling
Your both wrong.... If that was the case reel mfg's wouldn't add the anti-reverse on/off switch... I use back reeling all the time on my light live bait rigs that get hit by bigger fish... Have boated many 4+lbrs on UL rigs that wouldn't have been boated without back reeling.. Just an old service tech's .02¢ Tight Lines!

Ci4 Spool Tension Spring?
If your talking about the CC cap tension spring, i don't have any problems getting it to set back on top of the bearing pack and slid into the keeper slot. Hope you aren't trying to put the spring wire into the slot with the keeper in place they don't fit together. The older reels used o-rings, and the bearings were held down by thin wire keepers. Always make sure the bearing pack is fully seated...

Tatula Bearing Upgrade
The ABEC scale is an industry accepted standard for the tolerances of a ball bearing. It was developed by the Annular Bearing Engineering Committee (ABEC) All bearings are ABEC, whether or not they are 3, 5, 7, 9 tell the tolerances, and actually have nothing to do with lure weights.. Good Luck & Tight Lines!

Rod Rated For 3/16 Lighter Lures Be Ok?
Greets... If you don't like lighter power/action rods, don't expect to throw light baits. You will probably have to go with a softer tip action to be able to throw the lighter baits. Might look into a 7' medium power, with a moderate fast tip action. Just an old builders .02¢ Tight Lines!

Removing Stripped Screws From A Reel
Any one of the pro service techs here would.... Also why we don't do anything on reels late in the evening... I would recommend you send it off to Shimano, they handle that problem all the time and would have the proper way to remove/replace the screw... Good Luck & Tight Lines!
