  1. I vote Dale Hollow. It can be tough to fish and you might get skunked one day, but you could also boat 15 3-5lb smallies. Jigs in PB&J, cumberland craw, or green pumpkin w/ a little orange work all year long.
  2. 2 Lucky pointers 100sp 2 packs of 3/8oz chompers football jigs ~ PB&J 1 Tru-Tungsten Tru life 4" swimbait ~ shad
  3. I must have over looked them because I've never seen them at the Dick's near me.
  4. Shimano Chronarch 50mg and crucial 7' MHF rod
  5. Yeah right I'm not fixing the tip. It's going back and they are sending me brand new one. If I wanted the 6'10 MH I would have ordered that one! Maybe the local tackle shop will honor the over the counter warranty even though I didn't it there.
  6. Chronarch 50mg 2 lucky craft pointers Shimano Crucial 7' MHF w/ the first 2 guides broken off > from westmarine.com $25 BPS gift card Clothes, tools, and some cash (which will probably go to BPS)
  7. I prefer BC for large jerkbaits, but I use spinning gear for small ones like rapala original floaters or 3 in husky jerks
  8. I use a small flat head or forceps. Be careful they will fly out and be lost for ever if your not paying attention. It goes back in very easily too. The bearing in the D is located under the cast control knob. Unscrew it, take out the clip and the bearing should fall right out. Those are the only bearings that I know of.
  9. Reality TV circa 1994? O.J. and the white bronco.
  10. Sucks here too. Graduated from College a year and half ago, and I'm still working at a moving company. The job is OK around the end of the month when people need to move out of their apartments and tips are good. The rest of the month I'm struggling to do anything. It's really frustrating! Guess I'll just keep fishing and become a big shot one day.
  11. I have an H20 express bag from Academy sports, It came with 8 plastic boxes and has a zippered front storage area and 3 velcro pouches. I also replaced their boxes with falcon FTO boxes. I've got every falcon box made, so I just take out ones im not going to use and replace them with ones I need for that particular trip. Anyway, the bag retails for $49.99 but you may be able to get it cheaper. I got mine at a fishing expo in Nashville for $15 because one of the plastic boxes was cracked. For that price it can't be beat.
  12. my biggest bass of this past year have come on crankbaits and spinnerbaits.
  13. Well, I have a pelican 11' jon boat and I put it in the back of my ford ranger. Putting the boat in the water is not a problem, but taking it out and getting it back in the bed is. When it is wet, it takes a few tries before I can get it in by myself. I'm not saying it can't be done, but it is more of a hassle than its worth. I would suggest you get a trailer.
  14. You should post some pics, lucky crafts are always pretty to look at . I will after X-mas
  15. X2 If I wanted a reel that looked like a Core, I would buy the Core.
  16. I've got a shimano chronarch 50MG, Shimano Crucial 7' MHF, 15 lucky craft pointers, and some random baits I've bought for myself. Too bad I can't use any of that stuff for another week.
  17. It might be a misprint, I would jump on that if I wanted a Revo....
  18. Man they are $181 now, I bought one last week for $186, do you think they would refund that $5?
  19. I've seen it, my first thought was I could buy all those baits and box seperately and save $10.
  20. The Academy near my house has tru tungsten bullet weight on clearance for 2.88 a pack needless to say I bought a lot of them.
  21. Well, I ordered the 50mg yesterday and now I need a rod. I've got a crucial 7' MHF coming for x-mas, but I'm gonna pair that with a Curado 200DHSV for spinnerbaits and traps. I think I want to use this reel for treble hooks like jerkbaits, topwater and shallow cranks. What rod would you recommend for this. I'm looking at Shimano Crucials and St. Croix Avids right now, but I am welcome to other suggestions.
  22. I have a Core and I love it, it's lightweight, compact, and it looks awesome. I can't compare it to a 50mg yet.... thats in the mail. You can never go wrong with a shimano. If RW says to get a 50mg I would listen. Plus it's too good of a deal to pass on.
  23. Welcome from Middle Tennessee
