You have to ask yourself how you would feel if someone did the same thing to you. Nothing loses a person respect more then thinking they can do whatever the want just because they can without thinking of others. If she is really over him let things happen on their own, if they break up then ask her.

You can park at the bridge on rt121 but heavily fished around there. If you are heading from the bridge towards 270 there is a pull off area about 1/4 mile up on the right which you can walk in. If you go into the park you can go down to the boat ramp and walk around there. Otherwise there are lots of areas you can park and walk the trails which line the lake.

The only place I have fished it is in Dickerson, its off rt 28 and martinsburg rd. Was up there on Friday and the weeds have pretty much filled it up, and the surface is almost all green from algae. Not sure about other places on the canal, maybe someone else will speak up.

Was out today fishing for smallies in the Potomac, recently we have received a good deal of rain so the water was up and cloudy. I started seeing some baitfish being chased around and some good size fish hitting at them in shallow water so I was set for some good action. I ended up catching two, but the odd part to me was they were catfish, not bass. I have never seen catfish activity chasing baitfish. I don't have pics so some won't believe me but the two I did get were 25in and 18in. Both on a 3/8oz black/chart. spinnerbait. Lost a third and had some hits and misses. Was fun just odd......

Kar,yep, to small for a boat, you can cast completely across it. I didn't start fishing it much until this year. Its already pretty thick with weeds so if you go plan accordingly.

Working in network security I am repeatedly amazed at what people will click on. No matter how much you train people they just down think about it, or in the case of links they don't look just click. In a way I have to agree they have it coming if they don't pay attention but when I have to fix it I get annoyed.....

No valid company email would request a user's password or other information. If you get concerned an email is valid when they do this call the company directly to verify, but no one will do that anymore. Its a phishing attempt, nothing more.

Hey Boett43, I started fishing Dickerson in January this year, was doing very well with jigs with power craws for smallies in the river. Got a 20in LM from the canal on a Rage toad also. Hopefully after tomorrow when I go on vacation for two weeks I will be hitting as many of those spots. With the recent rains not sure how much the Potomac will be good.

The only place I have fished the creek is were it enters the Potomac, there is another spot along Rt. 118 were you can park and walk/wade it.

People keep saying buy american big 3 so the money stays in the US. After all of the concessions and tax money given to GM, take a quick guess as to were production is being increased.....not inside the US.... The "Buy USA" was nothing more than a marketing scheme, the whole time they said this jobs were moved outside the US. If you want to argue it was an American company, do you really think its fair the average worker lost their job will the high ups at HQ made big money? Now that my little rant is over, there are multiple domestic cars I would own if I could afford another vehicles. But to just blindly blame non-US car companies for doing better or complaining about people buying non-USA doesn't do anyone any justice. The world is a different place, its a worldwide market. Compete worldwide or you lose.

Sucks about the phone... I was over at the stick-ups on saturday for a couple hours, could only get one dink. Saw one decent bass cruising around the bank along were some bluegills were. Tried the 4in Tru-tungsten "swimbait" but no takers. The only thing that really ticked me off was the lake patrol boat was checking license. I was bank fishing so they motored right up to were I was fishing and beached it right in front of me to check my license. No off to the side or trolling motor in. After checking they slam the boat in reversed to leave. Left so much mud I had to gather my stuff and leave the area. Quess were I saw the cruising bass a few minutes earlier.....

If it wasn't already recalled it would be a little different, the one I heard of made it 40 miles from the dealership before it died and had to be taken back to dealer on a tiltbed.... As much as they tested and pushed this, that quick of a recall is not good. The recall was for battery cables, so its an easy fix. However how do you test and develop a new car for so long and have faulty battery cables? Welcome to all the new guys showing up for Maryland, need to check this area more often I missed a few.... After next wednesday I am on vacation for two weeks, hoping to go to Rocky Gorge and Cunningham Falls during this time. I have never been to either one so any thoughts on were to go what may would would be greatly appreciated. I have a 14ft jon so not tied to the bank hopefully that will help. With Rocky Gorge I would imagine there is a permit fee, can you just get them at the ramp?

Yep, actually had two guys in a boat start casting into the trees I was fishing. It was 2 trees right beside each other, I was moving along the edge fishing into them. They came up the other side and started casting into the same area, one time thought the guy in the front of the other boat crossed my line he was so close. Wanted to start cussing them but decided it would be better not to. I guess he thought he was privileged since he had a $20,000 boat while I was in my little 14ft jon. Satisfaction came when I caught a LM about 18 inches while they got nothing. Made a point to hold it up were they could see it real well....

Got out for a couple hours today with my daughter, only landed one fish. Was my first fish on a Rage Toad, and my best largemouth of 2009 so far.

I have 2 on for my Revo, my Citica 200D I use 4 on for some reason I backlash with the citica at any lower setting. The revo has 12lb yozuri hybrid, the citica is 40lb power pro braid not sure if that is making a difference or not. I am new to BC reels so I am not the best with them yet either.....
