  3. Iv never seen a white perch, thats why...... some guys told me they were getting walleyes their, so i assumed thats what it was...... thanks for the smallie comment, not a nack though, only got 3 smallies all year
  4. the other day i was fishing when all of a sudden, all these little bubbles starting coming up from the bottom././.... this is comman, what was weird about it was it was about 15-20 different groups within about 30 ft??? im in PA, its not an earthquake, and im pretty sure it wasnt a school of carp eating off the bottom?? anyone have any ideas???was it bass feeding on crawfish, or just water pressure??? Back to top
  5. Not sure if I made this up or not./......but the best spoon fishing iv done is with a small "Crappie tube" silver sparkle color, as a trailor it makes it a 2 part lure, and the action is great get a small kastmaster, and hook a small tube on the end, hook it through the tiny nose this thing looks just like a fish its smazing......just bring it in straight, let it fall, up and down, you wanna look like an injured baitfish...... another thing, this does reaL good at like 6:30 about 5 ft from the shoreline, when the bass are going up and down the banks.... i was killing it on this small lure the other day....
  6. get a heavy size 3/0 hook....i always go wide, 3/0 texposer.....like you qwould use on a senko.. i fish them weightless now just hook it right through the thick part of the nose.... I cast and let it fall to the bottom, this is a bait that gets picked up off the bottome sometimes, and then retirive short pulls,, lift the rod and let it fall back to the bottom you will find that the nose-hooked hook will collapse onto the back of the tube as it falls, making it weedless for the most part.... If you have trouble getting the tube to fall to the bottom, its because air is trapped in it....try to make a hole or 2 in the tube to avoid this
  7. now im jelous.......these shots are great That one spot is overpressured???? you should see Marsh creek on a saterday!!! its foreigners gallor, and they just stand around in their togas and talk loud and fast they take up all the shore area, why i needed a boat
  8. i taught her nots, how to take them off, bait selection, the whole bit so why when her line gets tangled or she loses her lure, do I still have to do everything????
  9. Thats what it is, i just compared pics././...THANKS MAN are these comman? i never run into any new species in my lake so this is exciting.....

  11. i have never even heard of a falcon..... how big do these guys get? pretty fish with the stripes.... is this species native???
  12. What type of fish is this???? Help is appreciated......caught this at my lake.... keep in mind iv fished this lake since i was 8 and i never saw a walleye in here..... usually the lake has a ton of carp, largemouth bass, some small mouth, perch, sunfish, bluegills, a few crappie, and iv heard about musky but never seen one..... WHAT IS THIS FISH? Its mouth was shaped weird as hell, it had a jaw like a lizard or something, i was scared to lip it
  13. On a daily basis, what size bass do you catch the most.... for me, its dinks, about the size of the one below.....under a lb usually..... my avergae nice bass is still usually under 2lbs...
  14. Lets see everybodys lakes....... HEre is where i do most of my fishing
  15. agreed, i saw a pic of a "pond" on here and it was bigegr than my lake when i think pond, i think less than an acre
  16. i was trying to turn a kreature into "spider-like" jig but didnt have the right jig head.... glad to here it can be done....... i was trying because i was having a lot of success on Spider jigs but then ran out of them,.....i assumed a kreature jig would be the next best thing
  17. Throw a soft plastic.......a little smaller than your used to....maybe a 6 " curly tail worm, or a creature bait.... throw past the school, and then bring it about 3-5 feet away from the targeted bass and bring it up till it just kisses the surface, and then let it fall till the bottom, sometimes, once it hits the bottom, they will swim to it, and then ignore it......if they do this, try something else..... i had this same thing happen, and i got each of the bass to hit it once, and i missed all of them..... i say, you get 1 shot at these bass.....and then they clam up.....i wasted my chance
  18. The joy of Fishing.... When the girlfriend, who has done nothing but complain throughout the whole trip about bugs, ticks, shoes hurting, cramps, being hungry and thirsty, finally catches a pretty descent bass and realizes that she actually enjoys fishing.
  19. iv never caught a smallmouth in a pond ever around my way.....and i used to do quite a bit of pond fishing when i was younger.... i would fish by the water d**n or whatever, wherever the water is moving, but maybe there not in their
