  1. a have couple stx's that I use with Avids and a carrot. The avids are 6'6" mh (t-rigs and weightless plastics) and a 7' mh (jigs). The carrot is a 7'6" heavy (flipping, heavy jigs, swimbaits).
  2. Hello all. Would a 7' med action fast tip make a good cranking/spinner bait rod???
  3. i used the box before I got a Cooks to go system for my boat. I must say after seeing Dan's bag today I am convinced that is the way to go if not fishing from a boat primarily.
  4. i personally carry a minus 1, 6, 10 and 14. That covers most areas I fish.
  5. tons of fish to be had at those spots. let me know the next time your heading out.
  6. the KEY is to hit the grass, wood, etc..Almost of all my fish come after contact!!!
  7. Whats going on? Anybody interested in fishing the Potomac tomorrow? I will be launching out of Pohick. Let me know.

  9. i have a 370v. I was told the charge switch was for charging your trolling motor. I believe he said he he switched it to charge when he plugged the batteries in to a charging device. I do not use the switch at all. Good luck
  10. that's weird. I thought the US was made for spinning. I use the US for both and love it.
  11. they are very popular here on the Potomac River. They are great over the top of grass. Keep trying. You'll get it.
  12. so i have to buy another product to get the first to work as it should??? have you tried it? Do i get a rebate from rage tail???
  13. I hate complaining about a great bait. I think if they reinforced the tail more it would greatly improve the durability. just my thoughts.
  14. Let me start by saying that I love this bait. Has to be my number 1 producing bait thus far. However, I think they are even less durable than a senko ( yes I said the s word). There are times they don't even last one fish. I find that the action is horrible when the tail rips even slightly. Which happens all the time unfortunately. I go through d**n near three packs a day. Anyone else having the same problem??? Anything you do to prevent/prolong the life of the bait??? Thanks.
  15. great video
  16. so he has many problems...haha
  17. i hope your partner is not a BR member...
  18. why did you have to post this??? Now I have to find a new rod...
  19. Anyone down to fish the Potomac tomorrow out of Pohick???
  20. no worries
  21. thats a new one for me...
  22. GMAN is too humble...order custom jigs through him and you will be set. his prices are excellent and his baits are exceptional. I like net bait and rage chunks for trailers. Keep it simple...black or black blue, watermelon and brown for both jigs and trailers. good luck
  23. great boat. congrats!
  24. very simple. i just changed mine to a 24 system on my ranger.
