But is there really any benefit to pro? Sounds like they compiled freely available data, free is never a bad deal don't get me wrong, but seems like a bit of a stretch

The free shipping makes it worth it for me.

For me the benefit is free Premium. My Premium membership is expiring in a few days so it was either pay $30 for another year or get the "free" Pro membership and mark my calendar a year out to evaluate whether or not to cancel.

Oh that's a great point. Mine is about to expire as well. 

All Pure Fishing companies have free shipping till 12/15, no minimum.

I bought 2 rods on black Friday from them , but nothing has shipped. One of them is on back order now. Wondering when I am going to receive the rods.

I would give them a call. I ordered a rod on Nov 24th and received it on the 30th. 

Well I have joined the Omnia group with the Pro deal, and have really been branching out the last couple of years. Will see how I like it.

First they have to make sure all payments have been made.

 

Next they will meet with financing to make sure they’re not overselling the credits.

 

Finally, someone should call you to confirm your information & approve your credit.

I think I read the first week is a free trial and it kicks in in a week. So that's when the money should show up in your Omnia account.
