My stick it motor mount. The 8 ft pole fits nicely and securely with the tip slipped  under the rear gunnel and handle velcro strapped to the top of the rod rack.

Nice!  I replaced my rod holder with the Berkley Rod Rack.  The mounting holes should line up, or be very close.  The stock holder doesn't hold the rods going down the road, and in the sun the black holders get soft and don't hold very well when on the water.

The Berkley uses styrofoam to hold the rods inside, which introduces new problems.  You want to be careful when pulling out the rods, so not to tear the styrofoam inside.  I store my boat hook in the same place as your anchor, and I'm able to get the end in the top rod holder spot.  :Captain:

Absolutely agree!  I love my boat.  I love how you keep fishing and using the boat.  Many of us just get the boat and do not use it... I am always trying to get mine on the water.  My puppy tragically died a month ago and it has been hard for me to go fishing and take the boat out without her.  We were going out almost 3-4 times a week and now the boat has been sitting covered.

Loving the pictures.

Sorry to hear about your puppy Jaime. You should get back out and fish, it will do you good!

Here in Minnesota we have a lot of relatively shallow lakes (15'-20' max depth) of which much of the fishing is done in 7' or less but on a windy day which we get plenty of it's impossible to pick a nice cove or area and just cast 20-30 times without getting pushed away quickly. The bottom is mucky so anchoring 10x a day is messy and time consuming. I haven't been out with the stickit shallow system yet but I think it's going to be pretty slick.

I bought a 10' kingpin pole and tried to use it on the local lakes I go to. The pole went so deep in the soft bottom it was totally useless. I returned it

Small but I didn’t get skunked last Sunday afternoon. I can’t remember if I’ve been skunked on the Heritage yet.

I haven't had a chance to use the stickit but even if it slows down the rate of drift I'll be happy but we shall see.

I probably could have made mine work in 3-4 feet but that just wasnt worth it for me. It would be a lot better on a harder bottom lake.

Hey Ya'll, I've lurked here and even had an account and posted a long time ago when I was a kid (at 22 I still am to some), but lost the account info so I signed up again. I have a Bonafide SS107 (which I love) but have been considering possibly buying a Classic. I was curious how much you guys put down as a deposit and how your guys' payments are if you did finance em with a loan. I was gonna create a new thread but since this is all about the boats themselves I figured I'd ask here.

haha I feel you there! Yeah the down payments are much less than I expected. I'm debating on buying the boat first or buying a new Bronco when it comes out as a tow vehicle first lol. I think my 04 Pathy will be a fine tow vehicle for something like this though.

You can tow this boat with a quad haha. Trailers very easy.

yeah I noticed the weight is really low, which is due to a smaller boat that's aluminum. Which for me would be really nice. I have all winter to decide so I have some time xD. I think if I do anything I'll get my pathy ready with new suspension, fluids, etc. Only issue I see is storage. I might have to get one of those covered carports for the PA winters.

That's a dandy! Very nice. I picked my Classic up last weekend and got my breakin taken care of last Sunday. I've been out in it the last 3 days. I'm waiting for a couple Garmins to put on it. I really like the boat. My only gripe so far is rod storage. Going to have to figure something out there.

Congrats on your new boat! It meets my needs. It’s a tool that gets the job done right!

Very impressive!  Your heritage has seen some nice fish.

So I've been out a few times at night and it gets pretty dark out there .  I been wanting to install some deck lights instead of using flashlights, so I purchased these lights from Amazon.  I got the red, which I thought might be better for night vision.  I considered orange, but I was afraid they might be too bright in the dark.

Anyhow, they are nice lights, just peel and stick right on the side of the gunnels.  I know, I read the reviews and they have a problem sticking sometimes.  I cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol first, then stuck the lights down.  I've been out twice since I stuck them on.  There are a couple of spots in which I'm going to have to try to re-glue an area down, but it's not too bad.

I will say the lights are kind of delicate and might not be the best choice for a bass boat or how I'm using them.  They were inexpensive enough that if they don't work out, I know I will replace them with something more substantial. Time will tell.

Sorry about the pics, it wasn't dark when I took them.  :Captain:

Mostly impressed with the switch and text label.  Looks stock for sure.  You can always replace the lights with some better ones if those don't work out. But looks nice. I was thinking about using red lights myself to do the exact same thing. I'm always in the dark and the light that I need the most is on the deck of the boat.

Thanks!  The label is just P-Touch black with white lettering, trim it minimal size.  Getting the right switch was a pain.  Last year when I was installing my voltmeter I wanted to get the OEM switch.  I went to BPS but they didn't really know the part # for the specific switch I was looking for.  Tracker likes these switches, I don't know why they wouldn't have some or know better what I was looking for.  :dontknow:  Anyhow, they busted out a book of electrical parts and ordered me one.

The toggle switch itself is common and can be found anywhere.  It's the large beveled retaining ring that's hard to find.  Sierra puts out a switch with the ring, but the switch is illuminated.  This is what I got the first time at BPS.  I had some regular toggle switches so I used them with the retaining ring for the stock look.  For the deck lights I just ordered the switch from Amazon, the price was about what I paid at BPS .
