Plano Edge boxes

Featured Replies

Hmm, do not see a difference (in a what it's made to do kinda way) between that jig box and a regular Plano 3700 spinnerbait box they can both do the same thing. I have swim jigs and bladed ligs clipped in it as well. Is it deeper and you can stack the jigs in the grooves? No knock on the product cause I have tons of Plano boxes.

Got one of the regular 3700 boxes I filled with topwaters, and a couple of the deep 3700 that I filled with plastics. They fit PERFECTLY in the center tackle storage of my boat and are so much nicer than having everything in a gallon ziplock bag.

I gotta say the EDGE boxes are pretty sweet.  I like how they keep things from getting all tangled up!

Wow, these boxes look epic! Do any of them come in 3600 size? If so I might have to add some to my Christmas list?

Just the standard box - none of the specialty boxes

I didn't realize the smaller boxes in the terminal box had lids too. I'm adding this one to my list. Thanks for these pictures @Glenn!

I have been scoping these out since Plano announced them. A little pricey but boy do they look worth it. Thank you BlueBasser and Glen those photos are awesome. Makes me want them even more. That terminal tackle box looks pretty cool. Little pull out trays with clear covers. Sounds like terminal tackle heaven.

I voted them as one of top 5 items at ICAST this year.  Plano stepping up their game!!

I don't see much that makes me want to spend $30 or more on a box.  I carry probably 20 in the Skeeter and that many more in the tackle room or truck.  3700's are $7-$8 all over the world.  The water proof are about $12.

Maybe the terminal tackle box would be worth the money, but I use the Bass Mafia for that now.

Ever notice how everything "new and improved" costs twice or three times as much as the last one.  I guess we should be happy that KVD doesn't have his name on them (yet).

While some of the features are nicer than a standard box, I'd say they fall into the "buy once, cry once" category similar to a higher priced reel or rod. Latches on the standard boxes break, the lids and boxes themselves get weathered and eventually crack or break, or get moisture and rust in them (at least mine do), so if these far out last those so I'm not having to change over all my boxes every couple 2 or 3 years, they'll be worth it to me.

I will be buying 2 boxes for terminal tackle and one for jerk baits. I like the idea of not having to buy extra drying pads

One for you and one for me! :unibrow:

They do look awesome. I hope they come out with more 3600 sizes down the road. I’d live to see a 3600 thin.

OK, send me your address :)

I am thinking about one of the terminal boxes!  I think by the looks of it I wouldn't be worrying about hooks getting under or over the dividers and mixing together then!

Sent a note to Santa:  I've been a good boy this year. Can I have a terminal box, please?

Anybody tried one yet? I've got a couple and they are sweet! Haven't got my terminal box loaded up yet (thinking of paying someone to do that task for me ?), but I got my bladed jig box loaded up and man does it look good!

Question on the Jig chatter bait box. Since I would only fill up 2/3 of the box if I overpacked, would it effectively hold a few spinnerbaits as well? If I could triple dip storage wise I could justify the price. Agree with others the blue bladed jigs are sweet.

editing to add the pink bladed jigs are awesome too, smallie candy.

I think you could lay a couple spinnerbaits on their sides in there but not too many.

I actually catch more largemouth on the pink baits than I do smallmouth.
