Of these 3 what is your preference? Building more prototype heads and wanted to get everyone's opinions. Lead keepers have always worked for me but some people swear by the wire keepers. The top one is usually reserved for spinnerbaits so I can dial in a specific weight. 

 

So which one does everyone prefer and why?

I prefer the wire keepers - if I'm going to re-use a bait, they seem to tear it up less than the lead wedge-hooks.

I agree, the wire is my vote.

Make it three, wire keepers are my favorite. 

Wire here as well for the same reasons above.

 

The lead point tends to blow out the plastic, especially smaller diameter plastic trailers like worms, twin tails. Lead point not as bad with a chunk, beaver, craw, more bulky body trailer

Looks like wire keepers are in the lead which is good for me as they are easier to pour. I sent some samples out to a couple different places trying to get them to make me a double wire keeper.

I definitely prefer the wire keepers as they damage soft plastics the least, but they all work.

Wire, wire, wire!!!  I'm a shore fisherman, so I have to walk around strapped to anything I fish. I only fish zman green pumpkin plastics.

Wire works

Wire for sure. Same reasons as above.

Single wire for small trailers like chunks and crawls and a double wire for swimbait type trailers. 

I've used so many lead wedge keepers and have gotten pantsed after 5 casts everytime, I wish more jigs would do wire keepers
