Anyone listen/recommend any bass podcasts?  Last time I looked, maybe 3-4 years ago, the pickings were slim.  Now, I see maybe a dozen or more.  I'm not too optimistic,  but maybe one or two are good?

(I am doing a lot of driving and NFL podcasts (and one football/general sports) podcasts aren't going to take me far after playoffs.)

That's gonna be tough

I wouldn't be opposed to more general freshwater fishing talk, I suppose....as long as there's not much from those annoying trout flyfishermen... ?

Not fishing related, but like Hawk vs. Wolf. They're so funny and get really deep in the weeds about skate history.

Bass talk live is the biggest one. Luke Dunkin and Dave Mercer each have one, they used to do one together. Chris zaldain has a good one. I’ll think of more while waiting on something to bite my shrimp bait and report back

Bass Talk Live I listen to a lot. It’s more oriented towards following the tournament guys a lot of the time, but it can be informative.

Lol.

Not even close to fishing related, but probably my favorite right now is I Am Athlete.... former pros, mostly NFL, but also NBA, WNBA, XFL....just talk sports for 40-60 minutes.   Doesn’t even have to be about teams I care about - it is just cool to hear their perspective on sports....not just games, but business, and locker room relationships, etc.

I listen to Luke Dunkin's "Low Budget Live" every Monday, Dave Mercer's "Mercer" and "Zaldangerous" depending on their guests. Same with Dale, Jr's podcast.

Haven’t found many fishing podcast I enjoy.

Southern Waters was interesting. Been inactive since the start of hunting season (guys also run the Southern Outdoorsman podcast, by far my favorite of any genre). Not sure if they plan to pick back up after deer season, after turkey in the spring, or if they just gave up on it.

Mostly discussed bass subspecies found in drainages around Alabama/Georgia. Definitely region specific, however I don’t live in the area and enjoyed hearing about the different subspecies and throwing together rough future trip plans based on them.
