My line up:

 

It feels risky going with Bill Lowen because this would be three great tournaments in a row for him, but he is a river rat. And I could totally see him going up the Chowan or something and power fishing some great catches.

 

It’s never a bad idea to have Johnston.

 

I think Tyler could make hay with his jig skill set here.

 

Paul Mueller, I have yet to pick one of my CT guys. But he is fishy enough to have a great tournament here.

 

Hamner feels like a steal for Bucket E. He’s due for a great week.

I picked Hackney all three Elite tourneys and  he hasnt made a cut yet . Christie I picked twice,  Its a new era.

Thanks brother, certainly the best start I've had thus far this season.   Florida hammered me.   

 

Cox still hasn't fully delivered for me for as many times as I've picked him, but he usually doesn't totally bomb either.    I bet he drops a big bag tomorrow.    Everything seems right in the Bass fishing world if he's doing great 😁

 

I pick Welcher all the time as he's one of my favorite anglers, but he burned me a bunch last year.

May as well pick him a fourth time because everybody in bucket E are there for the same reason.

My overnight notification showed that I had 1309 points after day 1 and was in 56th place overall in the entire standings for this event.  That might be my single best individual day ever doing this.

 

If the chips fall correctly, I could win a prize in this one.

My best individual day happened last year on the SLR, but that place is super easy to predict which is why I'm glad they aren't going there this year

I got my clock cleaned but at least Justin and the kid from Maine made the top 10.

And the Llama comes through in the pinch. I knew he'd pay off eventually...only thing keeping me in the game this weekend.

I finished in 44th place overall with 1394 points.  I think it's the best point total for any single elite event I've ever had.

Glad to see some of you boys absolutely killed it at this event. I certainly did not expect bags this big all event long. Big congrats to Kyle Welcher for absolutely smashing them all weekend. His win by 45lbs 7oz is the largest margin of victory ever in an elite event. Rumor has it he's back out there again today catching another sack. 

 

The boys kick it off on Hartwell next Thursday. Start doing your research now.

I think you need to add yourself to the group, I noticed a few days ago I wasn't in the group even though this thread and that group is why I'm playing.  

 

Who did you have in bucket A? 

I thought I was in the BR group.  I'll have to take a look again.  It showed earlier that I was in 14th place overall in our group.
