and it is that city that keeps putting all the coocoo's in office - need a good guy from the center or southern part of the state to be in office - rather than another member of the CHICAGO MACHINE .

Oh yeah - fixing to head up to Bass Pro in a few weeks if anybody wants to meet up .

Gonna be at the BPS in Portage myself next weekend to take advantage of the reel trade in and pick myself up a new Quantum Catalyst PTI-B

It doesn't feel like winter is ever going to end here in Northern Illinois. We have a winter storm moving in tonight and I have a cold that is trying to get me.

Hopefully in 10 days when I am at Lake Fork in Texas, it will be a lot warmer.

I'm hoping you can make it to Kentucky Lake!

Hi Kent,

What are the dates from the KY Lake trip?

I seriously doubt I can make it, but it is worth

a try. Man that is a long boring drive from my

house too.  lol It's about 8 or 9 hours of nothing

to look at all the way there.

Good to hear the reports on Braidwood and might be getting there this coming weekend if the temps aren't too low

Pond fishing mostly.  Caught a few on a red eye and tubes.

I was considering Banner Marsh for Sat. but too many honeydos >:) to get away.  Since its a bit of a drive and the weather looks rough I may be better off staying home and doin honey...dos ::)

Been busier hell getting things caught up around the place so I can go to Ky Lake Trip(plowed garden, mowed 4 acre lawn, going to have to mow 2more times before I leave).  I striped everything out of boat(large job on a 21footer) detailed boat, been going through tackle(got a 1 car garage size outbuilding full, filling 21 3700 boxes, new line on 12 combos, ect, ect.  Can hardly wait until a week from tomorrow.
