Sir Snook -- that Triggerfish looks like the trumpetfish I caught in Hawaii.

I typed it wrong , it is a trumpet fish.

Trumpet fish for sure....trigger is one like I posted!

Guess I had triggers on the mind when I saw the pic. Trigger fish make a wonderful meal, the fellow I go out with on Saturdays always uses a chicken rig to grab a few for dinner, he loves them. I believe but not sure Queen triggers are not legal to keep in Florida, I may be wrong.

I'm pretty sure they are legal to photograph in their natural environment, LOL.

that's colored up like a wild fish. The fins look perfect too.

All fish caught in Virginia, mostly on the Rappahannock River.

Nice Cobe...... I like jigging for them with a bucktail tipped with squid in about 20-40' of water........wrecks are good too.

That was my favorite fish of that season, LOL. It was a very spunky little brown that attacked my rig twice in the "tune up" hole. These tribs have a very healthy, naturally reproducing population of browns. Almost too healthy.

Yup! Without a doubt, the most fun I've had with a rod and reel (so far :)). Here's a little more of that fish, which I still watch at least once a week. Hehe...

Hey 00Mod, the pic with Kent holding the big minow- That's a river carp-sucker. A Buff has a different mouth and dorsal fin.
