I fish bfl's, I have no say "according to the rules", but I haven't had a boater yet that didn't ask me what I thought about the spot or ask for a suggestion on a place to fish. I fish the back of the boat, ya you could argue that if you have no say and you get a dud boater your up the creek. Well a guy I travel with has had his boaters blank and he comes out in the top 10, its all on how you adapt to the waters you are fishing.

I agree with matt fly 110%, I don't mind getting beat by a girl. Actually there is one in the okie bfl's, nettie.... she is good, plus she helps run a and m baits. I say that I agree with this but here is a dilema that I just thought of... I am fishing in midwest division flw college circuit, now that being said, we get everything paid for, we have a chance to qualify in 4 or 5 events. Then we go into regional championships, then national championships, then the winner goes to the forrest wood cup. Well yes, we have to go and qualify, but we really have a minimal amount of moneywe have to spend in this circuit. So if we were to to make it all the way the same thing could be said. No matter how you qualify into the championship, it comes down to what the directors and promoters setup. They are the ones who had this setup, she just fished her heart out to get where she is at. You could argue the same thing for fishing in other circuits, whether its stren, bfl's, or weekend series. We aren't dumping as much money into it as the pros, but guess what we could still make it to the classic or forrest wood cup. my 2 cents

So I just purchased a revo premier and stx, both left handed.... wow it got expensive fast. Then not to mention yesterday I bought an older bps extreme and over a hundred bucks on mattlures. Thank god I still live with my roommates...(my parents) and have a really good full time job.

hey I like dodges and i like quantums, and I haven't had a problem with the quantums yet.... I work on dodges so of course I see them with problems

My first baitcaster I got in fourth grade, diawa magforce it was a cheap reel but u know what... it looks horrible but it still works like a champ

I have been having problems with my spro taking on water, after a couple of casts i have to squeeze it so the water comes out. The river2sea and the spro look identical besides the fact that the river2sea has a lil o ring by the hook.

not to thread jack but what is the difference between a copolymer and a straight flouro? Does the copolymer have the invisibility of flouro or what? Something I have been wondering for awhile

On the carrot sticks the only difference between the gold and the ltx is a spacer between the reel seat and the foam and it has an adjustable balance piece.... but if u look at the ltx u can take off the little rubber piece on the back and its hollow, so you can balance it that way. Not worth the extra money. just a heads up

If you have a gander mountain around, they had their kistlers on sale... I picked up a helium for 112 and a california series for 75. Those are pretty awesome deals. P.S. Dicks sporting goods had their premieres on sale for like 90 and you can always get a coupon for a little extra off from them

well i bought a bunch of lures at cabelas with my christmas money. I then went to gander mountain in town.... found the pflueger president for 75, kistler helium lta for 112, kistler california series for 75, and a quantum pt for like 60. Needless to say im fairly broke now... im glad people need their cars worked on after christmas, so i make more money

Right now gander mountian has the kistler heliums for like 120 bucks, thats if you have a gander around. I like my carrot stick but I haven't fished a kistler yet, thats why I'm buying one today...

I was wondering if any of you guys have one these reels? You can get them at a pretty good deal right now, I was just wondering how they held up? What kind of things that you did and didn't like? Thanks for any info guys

You poor soul, I just spent the last 2 years down there.... Its not bad down there you have a bass pro, riverwalk, o and I believe a pro basketball team. Great fishing all over the place down there.

ike's stone jig... I bought like 50 of them at bps when I heard they were discontinued they had to get them from the back. The lady that got them for me thought I was crazy, I spent all my money that weekend on those jigs.

I'm thinking TT will make it to the championship and ou has 2 big loses coming. OU will struggle against tt passing game, which is amazing. Then they are playing OSU at home, granted i just graduated from OSU I believe OU is going to go sour.
