  1. YEP... Great Title And thanks! Hated missing this yrs trip but another show came up at the last minute. Gonna do my best for next yr and hope to see everyone again!!! For a FACT, I'll still be playing with my Monkey www.ragetail.com
  2. WTG RW! You're on a "Big Fish Cruise" lately www.ragetail.com
  3. Noise and vibration is often a plus at night. Buzzbait on the surface but if there is a lot of grass, Rage Shad. Big dark colored Spinnerbait, colorado blade. Big Curl tail worm that can provide plenty of side to side movement with minimal forward pull. Jigw rattle and a bulky action packed trailer. www.ragetail.com
  4. Might consider a Rage Rigged worm (weighted/swimbait hook) presentation for fishing grass and especially if the grass is submerged and relatively shallow. A curl tail will have more action on the fall and this is one of my favorite styles of fishing grass with big worms... Fish it just like a T rig! www.ragetail.com
  5. This Miracle Baby ate a pitched Rage Hawg and had an excessive amount of bleeding from a tongue hook. I used Flip-Clips and expedited livewell procedures for over an hour with my buddy Alex helping to switch the water out of the wells regularly to keep her frisky. She not only lived, but thrashed me with her tail and water when she left I stayed close to her area while she was regaining her health to make sure that the release was close to her home. I LOVE these Big Girls A 3/4oz Tour Grade tungsten, Moaner Stick'r hook and a St Croix RAGE Rod brought her to the boat... www.ragetail.com
  6. Yep... Some nice Brownies and great photos too! www.ragetail.com

  12. Hey Friends, I just returned from the "Reel American Heroes Foundation" event and I can say for a fact that it was the best run fishing tournament and also produced the best results of any event that I have ever had the opportunity to be a part of!!! It was held near Washington DC at the Hope Springs Marina on the Potomac river providing a full day of fishing, fun, food and prizes to many of our veterans and Wounded heroes! There was no entry fee for anyone involved and everyone who attended received gifts and awards. This is truly the finest NON PROFIT organization that I have ever been involved with, and the positive impact that it provided is beyond words that can describe. Please take the time to review each of the photos that were assembled here and you will see EXACTLY what I am talking about. There are several of our young heroes who were in wheel chairs, without limbs and or fitted with prosthetics who were served and celebrated during this time as well... I was moved at the THANKFUL attitude from every volunteer and participant who attended BTW, one of our very own BR members (Ron DeFrietas - Rondef) is the Executive Director and the one who started the foundation with his own time and money... Thankyou Ron! http://www.reelameri...org/photos.html www.ragetail.com

  15. This mini beluga was laying by a meat counter at a Super WalMart trying to find some pork loin for dinner so I flipped a Rage Hawg she didn't make it to the ck out stand Similar pattern that I've been fishing recently, 10 to 11ft depth in scattered trees and brush. 65lb Suffix braid, 3/4oz tungsten rubber pegged,5/0 Moaner Stick'r hook and 7'11" St. Croix Rage Rod. No video on this one but have some new HatCams to play with and hope to get the next group on film! www.ragetail.com

  19. LOL, no need for that Dwight... In a day of fishing mayhem, it's unbelievable how many mistakes a person can make and I make as many or more than anyone I just don't show them on film or photos, hehehe. We shot that entire day with the HatCam and when it's ready, will be posting up the days footage condensed down to about 5 mins. of hook setting CHAOS I'm A.D.D. so I jerk on everything that even looks at my bait It will be called "Winch'em OUT II" for a follow up to the first "Winch'emOUT" video. The hat cams make my fishing much more arduous but really help to catch some of the fun stuff as well as the hows and whys of certain things. We could probably use a topic on boat position, angles, wind etc. to discuss the benefits and drawbacks that can come with the territory in the variety of fishing styles... Go ahead CREW, fire that one up and let's talk SHOP www.ragetail.com
