  1. Because he won way more games than the kid!
  2. If i can still read...and i du have a Tennessee edukation...I don't think he said anything about sneaking in. There are members on here with legal access.
  3. That is awesome! Great for you.
  4. I think Stripes may have the accurate assessment. Pain is arbitrary; it is what your moind thinks it is. That's why you see one person horribly injured still finishing the fight while another with lesser or superficial injuries screaming like a baby. Not name calling, just saying.
  5. X afew more on the Cardiff... but there's a couple Abu 4600's for sale in the Flea Market right now that would serve you well if you wanted to save some money, $40 apiece.
  6. I'm a little older than 21, but, hey, buying diapers isn't as bad as I thought it'd be! It gives you someone fish with and preach to later. Plus, a baby is infinitely better that a Steez combo, trust me on this.
  7. I guess the obvious question is: what are you going to use it for?
  8. SirSnookAlot hit the nail on the head. If you're 15, you probably don't need a $300 combo. You probably need more practice and experience. But we were all there once.
  9. I never liked McNabb, I never liked Romo. I did like Jake Plummer, so maybe my judgement isn't the greatest.
  10. They just haven't paid off the city council and/or commission yet; they must be new to politics in Memphis. Sorry, I know I just tread very close to politics.
  11. Sometimes you have to put off fun now, to have better fun later...you will see. BTW- When's the Cowgirls' last superbowl? Have you learned to count that high yet?
  12. With stripers on artificials I find that you have to fish them fast, faster than you think you need to. It seems like they like to run stuff down.
  13. I have Comcast bundled right now, no complaints at all. We had a bad connection outside the house in the lines which they fixed promptly. We had a Verizon bundle (Direct TV, phone, and Internet) and when we moved, I called to move the accounts, got the confirmation numbers and off we go. Problem was, instead of moving it, they just started new service at my new address, and kept the service going at the old address. We couldn't get the phone service to work at the new address, it was because they kept sending the tech to the old address. And then when I called, with the confirmation numbers, they had no record of the confirmation numbers. So I cancelled all of it, after figuring out what was going on...or so I thought. I just cancelled the Internet service. It turns out you have to call their Internet dept, home phone dept, and Direct TV separately to cancel the services, which I did and, again, got the confirm numbers. I got a bill a month later that the phone service was still on...and repeat. I know this is a worst case scenario, but it was a six month ordeal that ended up costing me about $500, and several hours on the phone to straighten out. My coworkers still laugh about when the tech on the phone told me the confirmation numbers I had didn't exist; I kept it together right up until that point... >
  14. I would also concur with Redington if you can't get past the ALbright warranty shortcomings (i've never had to use it).
  15. I'm having a Jolly Scot Scottish Style Ale from Appalachian Brewing Company right now. Great fall beer. And remember- Beer is proof that God loves us.
  16. Albright Fly Rods has a 50-70% off sale every year around this time. Yoiu will not be disappointed with their rods or reels and you'll save a ton of money. I have 7 rods in varying weights and use my 6 wt 90% of the time for warmwater. Get a decent rod/reel/line for a price you can afford and then go take a casting class for a day. You'll be happy you did.

    What they just said X1000.
  18. Fixed. I missed typing at school. Perfection must be a tough load to bear, but you do it gracefully.
  19. Sadly enough, that's my hometown. And I went to high school (Fayette Academy) with the lawyer that's representing him. The lawyer really is a great guy.
  20. What he said,
  21. Keep the lat pulls in front of you. Doing it behind your head can be bad for your rotator cuffs. On the incline et al, if you do the heavier weight sets first, you generally get more/better reps with the heavier weights. You need another back exercise to balance the two front pushing exercises, maybe upright dumbbell rows would suit, I hate leg extensions/leg curls. They put too much stress on your knees, not to mention being isolation exercises, which I've never had alot of use for. Work some squats and/or dead lifts in there, but make sure to keep the proper form.

www.dartagnan.com if you can't get it at WF. It is NOT cheap, but their quality is second to none.

Pheasant and/or quail are pretty easy to find. You may even be able to get them at a local Whole Foods, if you have a local Whole Foods. Elk is also fantastic, don't overcook it. As for fish, while in Whole Foods, grab some whole mackeral and grill it with some lemon slices in the cavity. You could grilkl the mack right next to the quail/pheasant.
  24. I have two of the 7ft MH Bionic Blades 2-pc rods. They are heavy, but I think you'd actually like the action for fishing spinnerbaits. It's a little slower action than fast, without being too slow. We used them primarily for pike when we lived out west, but now I use them for spinnerbaits, jerkbaits, some soft plastics, skipping, and whatever else I need at the time. Not a great jig rod though. Not awful, just not great.
  25. Try a little stiffer mono or fluoro or a leader of such, it should keep it out of the trebles. Also, don't go completely slack on the downward Yo, follow the bait down.
