  1. Sadly enough, that's my hometown. And I went to high school (Fayette Academy) with the lawyer that's representing him. The lawyer really is a great guy.
  2. What he said,
  3. Keep the lat pulls in front of you. Doing it behind your head can be bad for your rotator cuffs. On the incline et al, if you do the heavier weight sets first, you generally get more/better reps with the heavier weights. You need another back exercise to balance the two front pushing exercises, maybe upright dumbbell rows would suit, I hate leg extensions/leg curls. They put too much stress on your knees, not to mention being isolation exercises, which I've never had alot of use for. Work some squats and/or dead lifts in there, but make sure to keep the proper form.

www.dartagnan.com if you can't get it at WF. It is NOT cheap, but their quality is second to none.

Pheasant and/or quail are pretty easy to find. You may even be able to get them at a local Whole Foods, if you have a local Whole Foods. Elk is also fantastic, don't overcook it. As for fish, while in Whole Foods, grab some whole mackeral and grill it with some lemon slices in the cavity. You could grilkl the mack right next to the quail/pheasant.
  6. I have two of the 7ft MH Bionic Blades 2-pc rods. They are heavy, but I think you'd actually like the action for fishing spinnerbaits. It's a little slower action than fast, without being too slow. We used them primarily for pike when we lived out west, but now I use them for spinnerbaits, jerkbaits, some soft plastics, skipping, and whatever else I need at the time. Not a great jig rod though. Not awful, just not great.
  7. Try a little stiffer mono or fluoro or a leader of such, it should keep it out of the trebles. Also, don't go completely slack on the downward Yo, follow the bait down.
  8. That's awesome; she must be a saint. Congratulations and the best for many more.
  9. Nah, the fish is too big! NICE FISH!
  10. With all these pictures of guys' gear, I figure Brett Favre will throw in here sometime too,
  11. You can yo yo lipless cranks and/or spinnerbaits in the same areas and manners, hopping them towards the drop and then off.
  12. Get a contour map of the lake and/or the land around it. The land above the water generally will mirror that below it. Look for flats that drop off to the channel and fish c-rigged flukes or sluggos from teh flat to the drop off. They'll sit out off the drop waiting for baitfish to come over the edge.
  13. And the Sapp hit wes on Chad Clifton of the Packers and was total BS. It put Clifton out for the season and he hasn't been the same since.
  14. I thought the one on Jackson was clean. The two of them were just running full speed, directly at each other and neither turned or moved out of the way. A full blown direct head on collision like that rarely happens. The Merriweather/Heap one was different and you see more and more of that lately, mostly safeties, but some linebackers as well (i'm talking about you Harrison) that just go for the other guy's head, be it with shoulder pad or top of the helmet. Ray Lewis does it alot too. They're getting away from form tackling and now just trying to make the "big hit" for ESPN or the film session. It is a violent sport, but these headhunters have no place in it. I would think that players would police it somewhat, being that it's their careers on the line, and show a little professional respect.
  15. get the Daiwa Prcaster for $30 on sale from TW and get a better rod to boot
  16. The Eagles. U2's early stuff was good, and I can't even put Nickelback in the same category with the rest of these, they mean that little to me. I like Aerosmith >
  17. It's a grocery store, My first job was at Kroger, also a grocery store, then at a greenhouse. Cutting yards and raking is a good racket if you can get 5-10 or so houses lined up and do all their landscaping year round. Do you have transportation?
  18. Never mind then...Harris Teeters?
  19. How old are you? Get a job waiting tables. It'll teach you people skills and face to face communication, which are invaluable. Also, it's straight cash, homie.
  20. YES! Let's go hiking on the Iran/Iraq border or in Afghanistan! Ican do it; it's my right because I'm an American for pete's sake! I'm all for protecting our citizens, but seriuously, could they help us out a little by NOT DOING STUPID THINGS? Trying to keep the rant short. On a related note, it's like the people who used to come to Colorado for vacation, and try a "shortcut" on a trail they'd never used before and get lost. Then rescue squad has to go find them, costing several thousand dollars. Use some sense. Just a littel. I'm asking nicely. Please.
  21. The Bridges of Madison County. I also suggest LSUfan just watch a replay of today's game...that should scare you.

Big emotional swing. I'm typing this from a bridge. At least UW is beating USC...maybe I'll hang around a while.
  23. Big Brother can't be there to watch for your safety every second of every day. I'm sure there will be increased patrols now. Is it worth jet skiing when there's a danger you might get shot? Is it worth it? THe danger there is no secret. It certainly doesn't make what these pirates are doing ok, but USE SOME COMMON SENSE!
  24. My wife's from Lisle, she's not a fan of Malnati's either. She loves her some deep dish though, and she really likes Bugsy's in Old Town Alexandria here. She also likes the super thin square pizza ya'll have in Chicago; we never could find or make a good sub for that here.
