Anyone have experience with the G3 Eagle Series?
My friend in the club has a G3. Its a year old. Not sure of the model but it looks like the 175. I fished out of it twice. It gets on plane at like 10 mph. The storage and livewell is small but I realize its not a 20'er. In our last tourney the bass swam under the divider and sometimes the bass would jump over the divider but it was ok because we had them marked with the culling system. If you can't get more help on line and online reviews, PM me and I will ask my buddy if he'd be willing to talk to you.

Owner vs Gamakatsu
the thin wire gammys stink. I've lost lots of tourney fish with them flexing. Owners rule and the point is cool looking

broken bale spring?....help
Also some small tackle shops do it in house. Its usually under $10. Sometimes they have to custom make a spring if they can't find the spring from the manufacturer.

Can't wait for E15
you lost me at the E part

Found a new hole, need advice.
drag a senko across the tops of the pads and let it fall to the bottom at the edges. This calls the bass to the edges. Sometimes bigger fish will want it on the bottom for a while.

HOT WEATHER HELP PLEASE!!!

Culling System
My buddy used the Ardent system last weekend and it worked great for him to cull by oz without reweighing all the fish. The only problem is the clips sometimes rip the bass' mouth as they splash around every time you open the well. The other types of clips made, fall off often so that's not an option to use. To expand on this topic if you don't mind.. Where is the best place to poke a hole in the bass mouth without it ripping, keeping in mind these clips are hard to push through?

New to tournaments
I'm a teenager too, X2 =37 yrs old I'm a NB for 3 yrs and have fished club events and larger trails. I've learned how to outfish the boater sometimes by hitting the spots they miss and fishing slower then they do. Sometimes their lure just "warms up" the bass. Then I sock it to 'em. I've learned new techniques and perfected some others by putting a new spin on my own. Be proud to be a boater but fish a few events on unfamiliar waters. You will learn their secret spots too Good luck

nonboaters vs. boaters in a club
you switch a nonboater to a boater?? with someone elses boat??---thats awfully generous Why do all the anglers need to be paired--Is it all partnered events? Our club has 15 members with 5 NB, and the NB fishes against the boaters too

nonboaters vs. boaters in a club
What does your club do if there are not enough boats in an event for the nonboaters? Also how big is your club with how many boaters and nonboaters? Thanks in advance

tips for candlewood?
our bass season is all year and when lakes have slot limits, we have an exemption form from the DEP

tips for candlewood?
By the way, I know why you have to fish in CT and I think its a dumb rule that NJ can't have tournaments before June 15th. Are there any other states that have this rule??

tips for candlewood?
the hydrilla should be growing nicely by now so work the outside edge with whatever you do well and dropshot steep dropoffs near rocky shorelines for smallies. keep your eyes open for deep weedlines in 12' water here too. Another technique thats famous here is dropshotting deep humps for big bags. Also there are long deep points here too. The top of the humps may be 30' deep. work each hump for 10 min until you find the 4lb smallies, they will be on one of them or scan for bait balls on the humps. good luck

My son's first bass
WOW, thats an awesome bass--nice job #3

how do you fish standing timber?
I've never encountered trees deeper than 12'. for shallow timber my new technique is a shaky head with a hula grub so it falls really slow, do a couple hops and reel it in and recast.

Springtime deepwater question
My theory is simple "If the fish aren't shallow' they're deep" We have lakes with skiboats that drive the bass to 20' deep every weekend. Good luck

Sweet Setup
Tony is a little girl on the inside. She was nice enough to let me use that sweet setup. She out fished me 10 to 1.

Where Are You Finding them in RI/Southern Mass
So if the bass are in super shallow water, will they be close to cover mostly, like docks and overhanging branches. would you chase them with senkos jigs and flukes
