  1. It's gotta be a charger issue. What do you use to charge them?
  2. You'll get more than just that, it's a very capable little unit.
  3. They're really popular with the kayak crowd.
  4. Sorry was talking about the fire risk... Wasn't specific.
  5. So, a battery. Deka batts from WalMart and good charger and you should be set for years. New tech has eliminated this. My girlfriend works for a company that makes safe electrolyte fills for lithium batteries. While I can't say exactly who contracts them, your eyes would pop out of your head if you knew. Let's just say, many vehicles, smart phones, and computers are powered by their patented tech. http://www.nohms.com/
  6. He was referring to the Scorpion 70HG. It holds 85 yds. of 12# line. Go to a larger size line, and you *might* be able to spool it on a cast, though I doubt it.
  7. According to scientists in NY, when they were deciding to open catch and immediate release fishing during the off season (December through the 3rd Saturday in June) said that 70-75% of the bass population do not attempt to spawn. Stands to argue if you're only targeting beds, then you are carving out three quarters of your target.
  8. I'd consider action "finesse" before I'd consider size. X-Raps are slashy, and bold at any size. Something like a Oneten or Flashminnow is a bit more subtle.
  9. That's not a repair, that's a bandaid. Properly repaired, you wouldn't see the crank, period. Walk away from this one. Think of it like, "it only leaks a little oil."
  10. Seriously, stop. Get some chuck, trim it, and cube it. Make your regular "chili." You can send the check later.
  11. You made hot sauce, not chili. Fail. Try RichZ's recipe: http://www.richz.com/chili/recipe.html Won a chili comp at work following it. Coffee substitution is critical.
  12. Oh god, you probably put hamburger in your chili. Cretin. Chili con carne = peppers with meat. I see nothing about beans there. http://www.richz.com/chili/rz-chili.html
  13. At $35 a spool, I don't want to cut a corner, and be into backer after a month of cutting off and retying because I was too cheap to let the math go. Never mind the annoying knot under your thumb.
  14. Four year old thread.... still getting a headache. Line, in the grand scheme of things that can fail, is pretty inexpensive. If you get a couple spools out a a reel fill, so be it. No need to get involved with heavy, and suspect math to do it. You run out? Get another spool.
  15. The lake where every fish you catch in a tournament is 14.99"! Triplet Sticking https://scontent-iad3-1.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/27750057_10213875339130795_2742012183765176957_n.jpg?oh=d7e10ea518b6bfbfe3bdc2c11c158aea&oe=5B1E50CF
  16. Looks like Quantum is out of the part as well. You might try calling them to see when they'll get it back in. Otherwise, you might have to trim a washer from the current size list. I've done it before, it's not too hard.
  17. Females may stick around the nest, but not for too long. Males are the ones that guard the nest until the fry are free swimming.
  18. Measure it, compare that to the list. If it isn't there, call Dawn @ Smooth drags, I bet she hooks you up.
  19. Use this, it's free: https://postimages.org/
  20. Side console or tiller? If tiller, you're capped at 90 hp, unless you jump to a 20' Pro Guide. Why not an electric tiller, like a Minn Kota Vantage instead of a gas kicker? A bow trolling motor would be my preference, and I'd spec an Ultrex or Ulterra. Also look at Crestliner - made in the same factory as Lund. As far as graphs go, get the biggest screen you can afford. My buddy has a Solix 12 on his Lund, and is looking to add a 15. Rebel XS 1650/1750 Pro Guide 1675/1775 Impact 1675/1775 That's what I'd be looking at. (In fact, I am looking at them for myself)
