Time for tires on the F250. Came from the factory with GY Wranglers Adventure All Terrain with Kevlar. I went thru 2 sets of these tires on the Tundra and was happy. They don't wear as well on the SuperDuty and at 45k. (Load range on the tires is different between the 1/2 ton Tundra and 3/4 ton Ford) I'm not overjoyed with the overall performance on the Ford. The plus's are Goodyear is 2 miles from my house, I get my oil changed there for dirt cheap, and tire rotations are free. The Cooper Discoverer AT3-LT is a 60,000 tire 100% made in America and has good reviews online. I haven't bought Cooper tires since the late 80's and that was on a Cutlass so it's a moot point. One of my customers just bought BF Goodrich K02's and loves them. They look loud, he said they're not. Opinions?

$600 for a table saw for home projects? I've got a garage full of Milwaukee tools that I bought when I was in the trades. If I'm making a living with tools you'd better believe they are top notch. My home project tools are Ryobi. Table saw, router, miter saw, sanders. They just get used so infrequently. My $100 table saw gets pulled out a few times a year. It's 20 years old. If it craps out, I'll get another one. @deaknh03 makes a living playing with his wood. He might be able to give you some advice.

I've been boatless for 10 days... Jonesing for a fix already. Think I'm going to get a jon boat for my in-between boats...boat... that I can throw in the back of the truck. Lets say a 14' jon. Would I be better with a 24v TM or a 12v running 2 batteries in parallel for an 8 hour day of fishing?

It's been in the upper 30's here the last few days. We've had 40" of snow in the last 4 weeks. It was 37* when I went to work and 40* on the way home. A little slice of heaven. Snow is melting slowly but surely.

Depending on how far out you travel, you may want a permanent mount with a tall antenna. A hand held has limited range. Maybe a couple miles at best.

This is where I fall kind of. My surround sound is antiquated and I would have to invest money into a receiver that is not 30 years old. Trivial...I know. I don't like to look for stuff. I just like it to be there. I have a Firestick at work and when it gets slow, I watch Love Boat and Three's Company on Pluto TV because I'm over 45 and I don't want to open apps....
