My warehouse manager told me about this after I told him I bought the flat top. This dish is not normally made on a flat top, but on what I would call a cowboy wok. Bacon, kielbasa, pork loin, beef, chorizo, serrano and jalapeño peppers, green and white onions, Roma tomatoes, and fresh garlic. some spices and chihuahua cheese Has to be cooked in a certain order and then mixed together at the end. Fanfrickintastic!!!

I'm already in $200 for lights, a winch, wheel bearings, tires, and a jack. I'm guessing another $100 for plywood and enamel paint for the seats and transom. I still have to test the TM and make sure it works.

This week I just picked up a 14 foot Starcraft from an estate sale. $400 for boat, trailer, trolling motor, battery, and seat cushions. Needs work but that's life. I got real lucky. That package is $1000 all day around here used and at least $2500 new. When all is said and done, I'll have maybe an additional $300 and a couple days labor into it to get it road and sea worthy and I'll still be ahead of the game.

Put a new winch, jack, lights, and wiring harness on the trailer today. Weel bearings will be here on Monday and the trailer will be road ready. Going to replace all the wood next weekend weather permitting and she'll be ready for her maiden voyage.

My in-between boat followed me home today. 1970 Starcraft. Nowhere near as nice as the 1970 Lund I gave my kid but I got this for a steal from an estate sale. Even came with both titles. Trailer needs work but I should have her road and water ready in a few weeks.

I gave mine the once over after winter wash a couple weeks ago. Ford chrome running boards don't like roadsalt. Have to use chrome polish to remove the oxidation every spring. Don't have that issue with the chrome bumpers.

Very good with just a hint of smokey oak flavor. I would recommend it. It was good with pizza but would probably go even better with a steak and a baked potato. It made me think of Angels Envy just for the fact that the whiskey is aged in port wine barrels. I don't like Angels Envy at all though. I wouldn't ever buy it again even at 1/2 the price.

Sometimes things in life change. I had a fish and ski when the kids were young. Moved into the Predator long before my grandson was even thought of. He doesn't have a dad and it's my duty to step up. I'm pondering a move in the not so distant future and Lake Michigan might be my new home water. I picked up the little guy on Sunday and my daughter was already asking when I'm getting a new boat which, of course, makes me regret selling it, but better days lie ahead. Hopefully more grandchildren as well. He and I spent a few hours at Bass Pro looking at the fish tanks and lures and we'll probably go crappie hunting this weekend.
