  1. How about a bunny with a pancake on its head
  2. Honestly, I don't know what I pay for cable itself. I pay $200 for cell, land line, cable, internet/wifi, and whatnot bundle.
  3. What does it have to offer? Not paying $200 a month for cable. I've got Firestick at work. Plenty of free apps that are included. Some live tv as well. I think I watch Amazon and Tubi mostly. My issue with Firestick is I'm old and impatient. I could potentially die tomorrow. I don't have time to waste searching for programs. I want it now!.......Seriously, my only complaint is the search functions not being old guy friendly
  4. The fox has some decent smallies. Finding them can be a problem. I've had my best luck during high water fishing right on cover. My biggest was 4lbs and pre-spawn. There is, however, an abundance of small to medium smallies that can be easily found year round. Without a boat, I think your choices are limited unless you can do some wading, as there is not a whole lot of shoreline access from Elgin north. If wading is an option, I'd hit up the Carpentersville/East Dundee area. There are some decent pike there as well.
  5. Push broom There are many threads on this.
  6. Or they know my limits...
  7. Been pushin' my luck here for some time now.
  8. Touche'. Even my kid wouldn't stoop that low...and he learned from the best! My prostate is fine. I get up to pee every 30 seconds like everyone else.

Sacrifice the wife, not the monkey Monkey loves you Wifey no love you
  10. Is that in the living room or bedroom? I see the TV connects. Think that would need to be the bedroom for me. Just the right amount of morning and evening wood...
  11. I really do like the plank look on walls...but...All those colors are way too busy for me. I'd have stuck with multiple shades/fades of the same color.
  12. I'm looking for a sugardaddy. If you fit the bill, the answer is YES!!!
  13. We had flurries this morning. Going to be 80 on Saturday and back in the 50's next week.
  14. The key is to activ-ate them. Just because you throw a bait at a fishy looking spot doesn't mean fish are there. Just because you throw a bait at a fishy looking spot that has a fish doesn't mean it's going to bite. There have been days where I could throw 3 or 4 times at the same piece of cover before I get hit. I picked that tidbit up from KVD when he won the 2011 Classic in Louisiana. He was fishing stumps with a squarebill and talked about the "spot on a spot". Were his fish active? Did he activ-ate them? There have been numerous times during the heat of the summer where I will switch to live bait and fish for panfish because the bass aren't cooperating. All of a sudden I start catching bass. Are the bass active or did I activ-ate them with the live bait OR did they just find an easy meal while they were scoping out the bluegills?
  15. Buy a tip top and deal with a shorter rod
  16. I think there is an issue with this thread. Bait monkey Gear monkey Boat monkey 3 different demons. 3 different stages in life. Bait monkey is the least expensive yet the most contagious. Gear monkey is more expensive, not so contagious. Boat monkey....Bend over
  17. I've got the rubber tray that I can make round or square cubes. Too much work involved. I put 3 regular cubes in a rocks glass and If it's too watered down, I'm not drinking fast enough.
  18. Too much hound and not enough trace
  19. Could be worse. Better than the crack or meth monkey to deal with.
  20. It's beginning to look like Christmas
