Storing crankbaits: no idea
Thanks guys, appreciate it. Saw the Falcon boxes, but yes, I'm just wondering about simple organizing and storage.

I know this has been brought up, but looking for tips/hints/suggestions on what to do with my crankbaits. Been throwing them into plano boxes and just trying to make rooms. Help? Thanks

Just did a quick search, apparently more popular than I thought.

Anyone know these rods?
So, I'm at Dick's yesterday (looking at stuff I can't afford) as they are unpacking loads of stuff. Started looking at some rods made by Castaway rods. Didn't look bad. Checked their website, apparently made in the US. Anyone ever hear of these or fished them?

SPRO ArukuShad JR?
Just picked one up along with a SK red eye shad ( for $3.80). Thoughts, yea/no? Looks very nice and I'm impressed since I rarely pay this much for lipless cranks. Anyone else use these guys?

Valentine Day Gift from Wife
Sam quotes: Well, Sam, of course you did. You CAN'T fish those pearls! At least not until you cut them up first........ Got a new Spro ArukuShad jr & a SK red eye shad. Very nice. Bought the wife a new mop. More aerodynamic than the old mop. She loves it.

Got My ASSOCIATES DEGREE TODAY>>DIPLOMA IN HAND
Muddy quotes: Muddy, the book already exists, it is the sequence of your life. Much is spectacular in making both the right and wrong choices in life. The learning process starts from day one and ends on your last day. What you accomplished is NOT expected of every person - only those whose motivation demands that they excel and achieve more in life than what they anticipated. You've achieved your goals. Now, set new ones.

Shopping for new reel
I'm starting to look for a new reel & know a lot of you guys go to BPS, Cabela's, TW (which I may try) and others go to ebay. Looking at new reels and wondered if anyone can recommend a reliable ebay store that is well stocked. Thanks.

Reel cleaning/ lube
Check out this site: http://www.reelmechanic.com/ ReelMech is a member here & sells oils, grease, tools and a book that covers what you'll need to know. Also, Burley offers this as a quick guide: http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1234086142 Make sure you've got the schematic for your reel/reels before you start.

place of manufacture
I haven't had any problems with what little gear I have made in China, but I agree with Natural on this. Now, regarding hand tools, they still have lots of manufacturing issues. Every chinese tool I've seen wasn't worth the time it takes to toss it in the garbage.

Why did you have tip wrap issues? Only with fluro or Mono too? Never had this happen.

Soaking bearings to clean them
Definitely, thanks guys, guess I'm picking a can of acetone as well. Two quick questions: Do you clean the bearings even if they don't look dirty? And Burley, what is a kimwipe?
-
Soaking bearings to clean them
Ok, the stupid question for anyone: Simple green is a degreaser, so is Engine Brite. Why would one be better than another? Effect on the bearings? The job one individual product does versus another? Fill me in here. :-/

Who Will Be NBA Champs: Celtics or Lakers?
Cavs. "If they had any help?" West & Pav are out for a while. Z is not 100%. Yet, 39-9. When the playoffs start, and IF everyone is healthy, the Celtics will more than have their hands full. Only the Lakers should be a concern. 8-)
