Co-Polymer As An Alternative To Flouro?
I think it probably comes down to cost and manageability. If you're fun fishing, you might not want to spend the money for a good fluoro, copoly is a lot cheaper. Also, some fluoros can be really stiff and a little harder to manage. You have to be more diligent with knots and backlashes. Fluoro just isn't as user friendly as copoly. If you don't have money on the line, you might not feel it's worth the price difference and hassle. The flip side of that is fluoro is more sensitive, generally offers more abrasion resistance, is less visible in the water and sinks, (which is a benefit in some scenarios.) I'm not trying to put words into BB's mouth but those are the things I based my post on. I don't fish tournaments either but do use fluoro for most techniques, for the record.

Co-Polymer As An Alternative To Flouro?
For techniques where fluoro is ideal, copoly isn't a good substitute. For every day fishing, it will work fine.

New Pixy On The Way... Line Choice?
I prefer 6-8 lb fluoro on my finesse casters. Just play with different lines until you find what you like best.

What Kind Of Line You Have On Your Baitcasting Reel
I have 3 different types of line in about 8-10 different lb tests. If you're looking for 1 line to be versatile on one or 2 casting rods, I would go with 12 or 14 lb mono.

A Revolver?????
I'm a big fan of the Ruger revolvers. A Gemini Custom's SP101 is on my wish list. The LCR is a really nice carry piece too. Supposedly, the polymer LCR frame helps absorb some of the recoil, I haven't fired one to be sure though. I feel much more comfortable with 5 shots of .38 or .357 than I do with 5 or 6 shots of .32 or .380, like you get with most pocket guns.

Snell Or Polamer Knot For Flipping
I use a snell knot with straight shank flipping hooks. The key to rigging is to not push the hook point through the other side of the bait like you would with a EWG hook. You leave the hook point buried in the bait.

The Road To The Super Bowl
Murray had surgery on the finger today. Garrett said they won't know whether he will play this week until game day, most likely. Randle and Dunbar are capable backs and should do ok against Indy's run D. I can see Murray trying to go, even if he isn't ready. I know Emmitt Smith had the same procedure in the 90's and missed one week. Doug Free and Zack Martin both had ankle injuries but they aren't high ankle sprains. Martin finished the game but Free didn't. Just going by that, it would seem Free is more likely to miss Sunday than Martin. It should be a great game, I just hope Dallas can overcome their home game woes. Luck will probably light this defense up so the offense is going to have to be good and take care of the ball (obviously.)

What Do You Consider A Dink In Terms Of Largemouth Bass?
2 lbs is about what I was thinking too. I don't tournament fish though.

Braid Or Fluorocarbon?
I'm not a braid fan for moving baits but I can definitely see where it would be useful for ripping traps out of grass.

Rod Gloves
Since you already bought them, go to the craft store and get some elastic cord. Tie a loop of that into the opening so you can wrap it around the reel handle in the manner that iabass suggested.
