Paypal doesn't necessarily have to have anything to do with a credit card. Your Paypal could be a checking account etc. You have to have a credit card to back it but you don't have touse it. Thus the states credit card rules may not have anything to do with anything.

I could have swore that maybe 4-8months ago ( probably end up being 2 years ago ) that someone ran a thread about this. I think one or 2 guys basically said they were junk. One brand in particular had tons of quality problems and another major brand was not a lot better. ???? The old brain is fading some but I could swear that it was on here. The sick daughter of 3 years is coming down the homestretch of her pregnancy. We've got about a month to go ( due mid feb ) but some things have taken a concerning twist this week. They may take the baby early as he did not seem to grow last month. It could be tomorrow or this week or next month. It might be nothing and hopefully it will go well. The key here is it's a check on that bank. There should be no fee to cash that. There's be no fee if you deposited in your bank so why a fee in person? I've heard where some banks want to charge extra for you coming going in-person rather than electronic etc. Nutty world it has become. I checked this thread kind of late. I still can't get over the no respect for the SEC and the Hawaii deal. It seems like all we hear about is the SEC. Just because the media rode Hawaii for some reason is no big deal. Probably ? 8-10yrs ago I was given a very well used snow-blower. It has been tedious to start and always requires a spray of ether or 2. It is an auger type so it is best for heavy snows. These types won't go down to bare ground so I only use it during 5+ inch snows. Otherwise I just shovel. I didn't use it at all last year. We are expecting up to 9" so I dug it out. I sprayed it with ether and it started on the 3rd pull. I added some gas but it still has some of 2yr's ago's gas. Once you get it started it runs like a "Tank". You've got to love those older Brigg's and Strattons, I'm ready for morning! lol

In all fairness Iowa won 2 or 3 games by some miracle. Those are the things that good teams do though. Congrats to Iowa nicely done

I think Iowa lost its quarterback for the year in mid-season or before? I thought I remembered them immediately going downhill after that so I'm surprised they are doing this well ( for the moment anyway ).

Look at the bright side(s). One way you spend lots of money and have nothing except possibly spending more money to fix the problems it causes. With out the habit you spend money and at least have "stuff" to show for it! Keep it up good work. Find some other habit to curb you spending. Working, excersize, reading watching fishing shows ( record them if you need to).

Cincy is now 23 & 0 Oh wait that is the score and it is 0-23 Just goes to show you the mid majors don't have much claim in the national tittle hunt. They should have had OH st, Oregon & Fla play TCU, Boise and Cincy. That would have solved the "we deserve..." for quite some time.
